Oh yes! The suburbs is the greatest place to be. Especially during Spring time. When the snow starts to melt the trees are starting to turn green. People are starting to plant flowers in their yards and you see lots of people out walking their dogs or just talking with outs. And more dogs are coming out from their homes to also enjoy these wonderful weather.
Touhii sat on the front pouch of her owners home. Looking at all the others walk around. Seeing how most of the dogs from her owner's home have gone to the dog park, Touhii decided to stay home. She sighed and looked off at the distance. As nothing was really going on at the front of the house. She looked back and decided to go on a small walk on her own. Lonely as usual.

The streets were newly plowed by the large machinery and the remainder of what was left stayed melting in the weather. Rivers of melted snow flowed among the curb and emptied into the gutters ever so daintily.
Venicia, the newly curious pup had found herself straying away from her owner and even too far from her own home to return. Alas, she carelessly stumbled along the curb, with a grin plastered on her face. Venicia stopped by the edge of the concrete curb and looked down at her escaping reflection. She stuck her tongue out at her goofy-looking reflection and pawed at the water. The young collie pup she was was fascinated by the escapist ego hiding under the stream of water and she gradually slipped off the curb, plopping in the water belly up.

As Touhii saw all the other dogs go past her with a grin on their face, she does the same. It was a friendly place to be at and everyone helps everyone. No one will be left hanging. Not even a poor little puppy. As she paces around the sidewalk her eyes were set on a small greenish thing in the water. As it looked like it was going in the gutter.
As her curiosity grew, Touhii quickly ran to where this greenish figure laid. Poking Venicia's stomach softly. She wanted to make sure that she was alive. "Aww..", She paused and pictured up the wet little puppy. ,"You almost drifted off to the gutters.. Are you okay?" She smiled at the pup, still holding her up. She know how wiggling puppies can get so she put her down and smiled at the other female.

Venicia looked up with wide eyes at the collie looming over her. She pawed at the water beside her in a scrambling attempt to put herself back onto all fours. For some reason, she enjoyed the almost canal-like feel of the concave corner of the curb. She put her front two legs onto the curb in an attempt to match the other's height and felt her stub of a tail wag.
"Heh, a'course." she said with a still developing italian accent. The reason Venicia enjoyed the gutters so much was probably because they reminded her of the gorgeous canals in the city of Venice. Her owner, knowing the Venica orginated from Italy, more specifically the city of canals had named her so. "Just a 'ittle lost..." she cooed.

Touhii giggled at the small puppy, hearing that she had a small italian accent. There was something so cute about it, she really couldn't help herself not to giggle. She slowly lowered herself down to be almost at eye level with the small little puppy, smiling at her warmly.
"Do you know what your home looks like sweetie? Maybe I could be of help.." She said as she looks around. "And were you with your owner, and just, drifted off somewhere?" She asked her. Touhii wanted to make sure that the little puppy gets home safely. But she needed to know her name. "Well.. Do you have a name?" She added, with a gentle grin.

Many of the adult's questions pounded into her petite head and made her have to pause for a while to let each of them process. Enthusiastically, she perched herself up onto the sidewalk and shook the water out of her pelt. Venicia bit her bottom lip and blinked softly, thinking of a proper way to answer the questions. Venicia plopped her bottom onto the sidewalk and began to speak.
"Ah, the lady lives in'a a...how say...brown house? Very far. And'a, she not there. I am the'a queen of the Adriatic, Venicia." She said her name with a stronger Italian accent, being it an actual Italian name. Venicia said it with a sense of pride, as she remembered life in the city there and admired it ever since. She actually lived in the next street over, but to the tiny pup, it seemed continents away. "Who be'a you?"

Thinking to herself about where the pup's home was, she looked down the street they was on and the other one. There was many frown houses but then again, she was only a puppy. And far for a puppy is close to a human or an adult dog. She looked down at the puppy and smiled.
"Venicia.. What a sweet name.. I'm guessing you're an Italian puppy.. How sweet.." She said softly as she pokes Venicia's tummy. "Well.. I'm Touhii... I don't really have an accent.. But my sister does..", She paused for a moment. "Are you from Italy? You probably wouldn't know.. But your accent is a bit strong.." She asked the puppy kindly, her eyes kept wondering away and trying to looking at the puppy, almost getting crossed eyed.

Venicia giggled at the poking of her belly and shifted her weight to her side, thinking it would be to soothe the tickling. Balancing on only one paw, as she was sitting down, Venicia lowered her head isubmissively; as a subtle sign that she like Touhii.
"Er...I'm'a from a place with a lot of water and'a long boats. Is'a that your Italy?" Venicia said. She was a little embarassed by her accent when Touhii pointed out how different it was from the others around here. It almost made her feel a little crestfallen, but she contradicted her feelings when she remembered there were others like her, just not here.

Touhii kept tickling the little puppy's belly and starts to laugh. She always thought that puppy's, mostly collies, were so darn cute. Not that she doesn't like other puppies, its just that Collies stands out with her. She stopped her laughing and listens to Venicia words.
"Yes.. That is what I'm talking about. Ah.. Italy.. A place for lovers.. So romance.. Though.. I was born in Japan.. So was my sister.. But she stayed there long than me.. So she has an accent..", She paused and looks up at the sky, trying to keep her paw away from tickling Venicia, since it was so funny to her. "I'm actually jealous when others have accents.." She whispered, as she looked down at the puppy again.

Venicia stepped back, a little worn out form the ticklefest, courtesy of Touhii. She looked down the way in an attempt to remember the path she took from where she stood. Venicia patted at her ear in thought and stood back up. She got out one last giggle and decided to be serious, as she was afterall lost. However, out of proper manners, she decided to readdress Touhii.
"You can'a have mine, mebbe?" she asked naively. Venicia lowered her voice to a whisper to match Touhii's. "That way we can'a both be cool." she said with a rather cocky tone she most likely picked up from Kiran.

Touhii smiled down at the little pup and nodded her head softly. She looked behind her one more time, for no reason really. She thought if she stood here for a while, her owner would find her, but they were standing here for a while now, and nobody has come for the little puppy. Maybe she could take her home and raise her. She wouldn't mind having a puppy around the house.
"Okay then Venicia.. Do you think you can retrace your steps?" She whispered to her. Maybe this is a way how she can find her home easier, well.. It always worked for her anyway.

Venicia wiggled her shoulders and jumped up onto all fours. "It's'a that way!" she barked as she leaped off of the curb, falling facedown onto the pavement. Rather clueless, she brought herslef back up to hide her embarassment. In a bumbly manner, she scattered across the road, knowing well that the gondolas with wheels were dangerous because they were angry at the canals for being solid and not water.
"Hurry! 'Afore the gon-dolas come'a for you!" she yelled across the road. Her attention span wasn't so small that she couldn't remember what happened at least an hour ago, so Venicia knew instinctively that she stood there at one point; referring back to Touhii's suggestion of retracing her steps.

Touhii ran to Venicia's aid as she fell. "Are you okay? You have to be careful.." She said as she looks around her. As they where still somewhat in the road, she picked the puppy up and put her on the curb. She looks around to make sure nothing had fell. Just like her owner would do.
"Okay.. I'll just follow you.. Unless you get lost.." She said as she stood next to the small little puppy.

Venicia shook her head furiously, rattling her brains. "Why are'a your gondolas so angry?" she asked in complete shock. She knew of the cars that zoomed down the street, but was complete confused of their design complered to the long, slender boats that traversed the canals in Venice. Her previous assumption (that they didn't like the roads) didn't make much sense, so she of course asked Touhii as she continued onwards down the sidewalk.
Feeling rather confident after surviving her run in with the road, she sniffed the ground, looking for her own scent. However, because she was too young to tell the difference, she only sniffed a path right back up to her neck. Flustered and slightly frustrated, she looked around for her owner, Cade, as she kept on walking at a slow pace.
