I do agree with kicking members who don't post, however, maybe first give them a warning. Send a pm saying if they don't start posting within the week, their membership will be terminated. I can help a little, not sure how much because I potentially have a lot of work this weekend/week.

If you know how to breathe, then technically you have intelligence. If you can talk, you technically have intelligence. If you are vanillaxtiffy, you have no intelligence.
