The most concern is that your deck is somewhat like 62-63 card thick.

3x Apprentice Magician [Common in Structure Deck 6 or Dark Revelation 1]

2x Old Vindictive Magician [Common in Dark Revelation 1 or Magician's Force Booster Pack (very old)]
1x Marshmallon/ Spirit Reaper [Marshmallon is available in Premium Pack]
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Heavy Storm [Available in any Structure Deck]
1x Rush Recklessly
1x Lightning Vortex
1x Monster Reborn [March 1st, 2008 allows you to put a [Monster Reborn] in your deck again.]

Well, the propose was to shrink your deck around 40 - 45 cards to draw what you need faster. Also while recreating the deck, some questions came up. Like:
- What is Mystical Capsule?
- Sorcerer of Dark Magic requires 2 Level 6 or higher Spellcasters and I personally don't like those hard requirements.
- And yes Chaos Sorcerer is banned.... For a long time ago.
- Breaker the Magical Warrior is also banned. (Again)

If you activate this card, you cannot Normal Summon, Flip Summon or Special Summon this turn. Pay half your Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your Deck.Rulings # If you Normal Summon, Flip Summon, or Special Summon a monster during a turn, you cannot activate "Dark Magic Curtain" during the same turn. For example, if you Normal Summon a monster during your Main Phase 1 you would not be able to activate "Dark Magic Curtain" during your Main Phase 2.
# You can Set a monster before or after activating "Dark Magic Curtain". However, it is not possible to Special Summon monsters face-down, using cards like "The Shallow Grave", after activating "Dark Magic Curtain".

Ah, Magical Dimension.
Activate only while there is a face-up Spellcaster-Type monster(s) on your side of the field. Tribute 1 monster and Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand. Then you can destroy 1 monster on the field.
Yeah, a must for any Spellcaster Deck..
EDIT: Basically I just chose the cards you have in your deck and picked which is the right one to go with.

2 nice Spellcaster cards to get your hands on are:
Magician's Circle
"You can only activate this card when a Spellcaster-Type monster declares an attack. Each player selects 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from their Deck with an ATK of 2000 or less, and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position to their side of the field."
and Magicians Unite
"Activate only if you control 2 or more face-up Attack Position Spellcaster-Type monsters; select 1 of them. The ATK of the selected monster becomes 3000 until the end of this turn. Spellcaster-Type monster(s) you control cannot attack this turn, except the selected monster."
