A while ago, I read on DH that Nick had renewed Avatar's contract for three more seasons, and I'm guessing they're going with a second series.
What do you guys think/want it to be about?

Personally I'm hoping they get a catchy intro song, rather than some narration thing, and I'm really hoping they WON'T go for some modern day/future theme. The olden day Asia theme works. DON'T MESS IT UP!

Edit: I meant SERIES, not season, on the poll.

I remember the creators saying in an interview once that they wouldn't do a nother story about the current story but a different story. But yah, i hope the keep it around the same time period! Maybe do a show about Avatar Roku!?

Well, next is water right?
I was thinking they would do the story of the next Avatar, although without the "last of his kind" thing going on.

The next book would be Air. Water was the first season.

I've also heard the rumor of another season following Fire (3) but I only heard it would be one season and either set in the future or past. I'm kinda hoping for future.

I think it was posted here before about an article Nick did with the show's creators. I believe there was going to be 6 seasons in all, but the last three in contract is suppose to be a different story...you know...like Star Wars...>_> <_< prequel perhaps?

She means the next avatar would be Water, my brother.

Why only six?
Mayhaps they have a completely different show in the works?

I hope you're joking. If they make this s**t as drawn out as DBZ somebody's gonna die.

I could see them doing a prequel of sorts, set when the Air Nomads were still around. That would be pretty cool.

Yeah, that's true. That last thing this show needs is a pwn-some character like Toph to die

Well, not like THAT. :/

I'm hoping after this show ends, M&B will have something equally entertaining up their sleeve.

I'm not too fond of having a story about the next Avatar because, first of all, that requires Aang dying. Hehe.

And the water tribe. There's nothing interesting about them. I mean, the cool thing about Aang was that he was the last airbender. There doesn't seem to be any obstacles a waterbender Avatar has to overcome and yea.

Unless Aang fails to beat the Fire Nation. Now we have a plot.
