Cats allowed: Darkmist, Duskkit, Dawnkit, Ebonyheart, Swiftcloud, Tigerkit, Silvershiver, Bleedheart, and maybe- just maybe, Moonstar or Foxheart. XP  The scent of newleaf filled Darkmist with happiness. Finally, Leafbare was over, and she was a warrior. Much had changed from kithood- she treated all cats with respect, only wise-cracked in jest, and had convinced the world that she was reprimanded more often than any other cat, she was not 'precious'. The night before, she had been on patrol, so she was free to visit Duskkit, Dawnkit, and Tigerkit- the kits she loved most. "Anyone home?" she asked through a vole, coming into the nursery, and eyeing the cranny where she stuck her snake head.

 Silvershiver had finally sorted out his thoughts, he did love her, they just wern't close enough though. Silvershiver bit his lip, but she loved the old him, not him. Silvershiver nodded, Darkmist had loved him for the cat he use to be, what he was now was only hurting her and himself. I... I need to change back. He got up and looked around, he saw her entering the nursery. "Hey, Darkmist!" He pranced after her, but then tripped and accidently rolled into her.

"Daht!" She hit the ground with a large whump. "Silvershiver, you lump!" she laughed almost instantaneously. "What did you do, you klutz?" she asked.

Silvershiver was doing a head-stand for a moment, and the slowly fell to the ground with a thump, "oof!" He looked towards Darkmist. "I tripped and-uh kinda rolled into you," he said getting up and shaking himself off. "Darkmist... I... I love you. And I'm sure of it this time." He flattened his ears, a tad embarressed about the fact he's telling her this for a second time and infront of a nursery.

 Duskkit awoke as she saw Darkmist and Silvershiver come into the nursery. She walked on over to them just in time to hear Silvershiver reveal his secret to Darkmist. What was going on these days? She decided to pretend she didn't hear what they said, she didn't want them to be mad at her. So off topically she asked, "Is that vole for us?" As she eyed the vole curiously. About time for real food. She thought to herself.

Silvershiver waved his white tail happily to the newborn. "Ionno, Darkmist brought it." He wiggled his toes before doing a little jig and then gesturing towards the she-cat. Eh, I havn't been my old self in a while, it may be hard getting use to. He stuck his tongue out slightly trying to think of what Silverpaw would do.

((Uh...I think Darkmist liked his sense of humour, more than stupid antics. XD ))
Darkmist met Silvershiver with grateful eyes. "Thank you, Silvershiver." She looked to Duskkit. "Yep." she nodded. "How's nursery life, Duskkit? Not fighting with Dawnkit and Tigerkit too often, I hope?"

"The nursery is fun but I wanna go hunting and do all that warrior stuff." Duskkit mewed. She walked up to the vole and started to poke it with her claw. Soon it became a game and she was running around after the vole.

 Ebonyheart seemed tired, but she nodded her head to Darkmist and Silvershiver from the darkest part of the den. She trusted her sister more than she had ever before, and seemed to welcome their eyes to watch the kits while she took a small nap.
"Stay awhile and watch the kits would you? They are so reckless I haven't had a wink of sleep." Ebonyheart mumbled in a hopefully voice she hoped her sister wouldn't let her down. Dawnkit bonded from the darkness rather close to Silvershiver. He looked up at the tom with wide curious eyes.
"I love Darkmist too! I love every cat in the clan!" Dawnkit pranced a circle as he said every cat. He was blissfully unaware that Silvershiver meant a different type of love.
"Tigerkit!! Darkmist brought us real food!!! Hey!! Don't play with it Duskkit I wanna bite!!" Dawnkit promptly started to chase after Duskkit.  Tigerkit was not like the other kit, by each day he grew a bit more distant only really opening up when he was only with Ebonyheart,Swiftcloud, Dawnkit. and Duskkit. Part of Ebonyheart's lost sleep was over that fact. What if he wasn't meant for clan life, did loner or rouge blood run to deep in him?
Tigerkit moved along the darker shadows, his pink eyes closely watching Silvershiver and Darkmist. His eyes weren't welcoming, but they weren't threatening either. He didn't move or say anything, but after awhile he moved over to Ebonyheart and lay down beside her.

She nodded to her sister. "Of course, Ebonyheart." Darkmist turned to the two kits. "Don't hurt yourselves! Tigerkit, don't you want a bite?" she asked kindly. It was strange...she had visited every kit since day one, and this one didn't seem to like her...or anyone else.

Silvershiver chuckled at Dawnkit and Duskkit. He looked over at tigerkit curiously. He padded over to Tigerkit, quietly though as not to disturb Ebonyheart. He poked the kit, ignoring the fact he'd probably be making enemies with the kit by doing so. "Oh come now, don't act all cool and far away. You're a kit, need to make the best of your childhood before you have to work for your meals and have to find time to have fun." He tilted his head to the side.

Tigerkit hissed and swung a paw at Silvershiver. He hadn't even meant to it was just his first reaction to being poked. His eyes looked a bit upset, but more at himself the Silvershiver. He made a whimpering like sound before hopping behind Ebonyheart whom was already sound asleep.
Dawnkit stopped for a moment with a frown on his face. " He has been like that recently. We can't even figure out why. Not even mommy can calm him down. He seems better when we leave him a lone though, he likes to watch I've even caught him smiling when he watches, but he frowns if I smile back." Dawnkit suddenly spins around and pounces Duskkit.

Duskkit was caught in the head by the blow. "Hey!" She pounced back. "I the mighty leader of ShadowClan banish you from the forest... Who are you playing?" The last part was a whisper.

Silvershiver frowned sadly at Tigerkit. "Well, it's good to know you're always alert and ready for anything," he awkwardly praised, wanting to cheer the lonely kit up. He lowered his ears a bit, if he never opened up towards anyone Tigerkit was probably going to have a hard time growing up, and he probably was going to fight ferociously and lack sympathy in battle when he does get older.
