i'm sorry, but no. my sister was slightly convinced (she works with the handicapped what with her daughter being downs syndrome) that my oldest twin was (he's 4 1/2). i had to tell her honestly "naw, that's just max, and i should know since i was just like him so i know what he's thinking and doing." he is doing better now and socializing more but for the longest time he would play by himself and refuse contact with any of his peers or me. he would scream at us if we tried to teach him something or show him how one of his toys worked. now he is getting a little more accepting of our help. he's even working on correcting his speech!
but the point is: what is working for your child? I'd love any advice you've got! some of the tips and tricks to raising handicapped children of all levels often applies to all children.

I have had both a friend and a nurse tell me that they suspect the my soon-to-be 8 year old Torri has Asperger's. I really don't know yet, though...
