List, name, and explain everything you all know about having or making Appointments with Animals in the DS version here, for those who aren't quite sure, or want tips:

here it is in a nutshell... 1. talk with animal untill they bring up the topic of wanting to visit your house. 2. set up time... 3. you must be inside your house the time you agreed to.. if your not in it they dont come... they basically just wander through your house.. give it a 1 to 5 star rating, leave pretty soon after and then send you a letter with a gift the next day...
theres also the flea market... they just come in , look at items., you determine an asking price(thou they never buy anything for usually more than 400 bells) and leave when you walk out of your house, or if you dont really do anything for a while.. (hint: whatever they buy at the flea market, it automatically is found in the dumpster, so you can easily resell it to any other animals that visit that day)

Last time I sent tons of stuff to the neighbors....They gave it back to me when I did them favors!! xp ARGH!!..ahaha...so I sold it back to Nooky Pooh!

eh, i just send them something i don't want and get usually something better in return... its fun to trick my stupid neighbors.. they just dont know the value of anything any more... like how a cardboard box gets me a couch

Yeah, and giving a pitfall seed to a neighbour gives you a carpet or wall paper XD
