Alright so basically me and Mr. Baron Von Yoko may have run into a problem.
He has four characters that are the Prince's of Hell. While I have a character that is the son of the devil.
Here's the topic for debate: Should we define Lucifer and Satan as two different individuals?
I say yes. My reasoning is that there were demons and devils BEFORE Lucifer's fall from the heavens. So there had to be an entity that existed to govern over/create them before Lucifer decided to leave the Goddess(Yes God is a girl in this roleplay).
But I want to know what you all think about it.

That sounds fine, but would the devil be the ruler of hell even after lucifer fell from heaven ?
Or did the those 5 fallen angels come down and just kind take over the place ?

You bring up a good point.
I think that Satan would have aided Lucifer in the fight against the Goddess.
But after that, perhaps one of them is the 'figurehead' while the other is the behind the scene's ruler.
If so, which one would be the figurehead and which one would be behind the scenes?

well when I think hell I always think of Lucy first. But thats just me. Well actually when I think of hell I think of little nicky. But that doesn't help

But see, the problem with making Lucifer into Satan is that an angel doesn't suddenly turn into a demon when they decide to fall.
At least in my opinion.

I think we should address Satan as Memnoch even though Lucifer is known as Memnoch to some religions. I view them as two different people.
Memnoch could have been the ruler of hell long before Lucifer joined in.
Oh wait I just had another Idea.
Back when God gave the planet light, evil and demons were more like a plague than a governed plane.
Maybe the creator of hell was Memnoch and he let the demons run a muck. When Lucifer came around he took control of maybe half of hell and governed it while the other half remained 'free'.
Those are the thoughts I spat out. I don't know what good it will do but I tried.

But what if angels and such are more like an intangible energy given form based on their wishes. cause who really know what the devil, lucifer and angels and stuff really look like. All we really know is that angels generally have wings.
Honestly though, the most likely thing that happened was when lucifer and the four other angels were expelled from heaven, they probably formed a coup de tat and just took hell over from the previous emperor. Since Angels were more or less made to be the bane of the evil in hell as divine things, they probably had the upper hand and took the place over from there.
Like think if five people of equal strength to yourself show and up and order you to give them the keys to your car, the only back up you have is an army on infants. Youd either run, get the s**t kicked out of you and they take the keys, Or you just hand over the keys and slink your way into their group.

Honestly we can't use memnoch when we draw the comic because of Anne Rice. But this is an awesome debate. I think that we should called the goverened force Menoah, wich is what certain pagan religions refer to as Samhain. Or we could call it Samhain (pronounces Saa-veen). Still Menoah, Samhain whoever is known famously for all hallows eve, the pagan holiday where the ghosts of the departed, demons and humans alike can return to earth for a night to visit their loved ones or make tons of mayhem.
We could make him a big part of the battle of lucifer's betrayal, but i think we should use that diety.

Weeell, I don't know much about occult stuff, and I haven't had time to research anything, unfortunately, but I know in the bible, Lucifer is Satan.
Before that, Demon's didn't exist.
I.E. Adam and Eve's favorite chill spot.
Then, they all came down and became the first Demons, eventually creating more, and more, and more and such.
Plus, Demon's were just as beautiful as Angels, silly. xP

WE are a bunch that while we believe the bible to be SOMEWHAT truth, we have our own theories, and there was chaos and mayhem before the fall. So, in this roleplay we base it on out theories, this roleplay is not meant to be biblically correct. Because we do not want to offend everyone, hence the reason that god is a chick in this roleplay. Seriously can you imagine what the catholic church would say if we tried to keep it by the book. So, with that being said, this is pretty much based on the theory that Lucifer was given free will and even though he was cast out he is still a being of "good" he is still an angel though fallen. okay this complicated but pretty much in the roleplay we call the Godess (the chick god) is somewhat not omnipotent as the bible suggests and is quite fallible. to know more you will just have to keep reading and participate because it is kind of a surprise. Capisce? WITH THIS SLIGHT LEAK OF INFO, PLEASE KNOW THAT NO ONE-NOT EVEN THE CHARACTERS THAT THE KNIFE SISTERS PLAY-ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE CERTAIN INFO THAT IS DISCUSSED IN THESE DEBATES. THIS IS A PROGRESSIVE ROLEPLAY AND WE WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT THAT WAY. SO DO NOT MAKE YOUR CHARACTERS SUDDENLY 'KNOW' WHATS GOING ON BECAUSE THAT IS A VIOLATION OF THE POWERPLAY RULE.Alright, lets continue.

XD God I love this. But I think we've strayed off topic a tad bit.
Let me get this straight.
We are making Samheim (satan) and Lucifer different people?
Or have we not decided yet, Yoko. =/
