Kurogane glided through the skies in an angry huff, yet again in search of someone. Who ? That b*****d vampire, Damis, thats who. He had a few choice words to exchange with the other Kitsusagi, and was on his way to where he last saw him in hopes of finding him. So its safe to say that the ninja's mind was preoccupied, his eyes glued to the ground in search of anything familiar from their earlier meeting. He was a ninja on a mission, very little would detour him.

Tomoyo, on the other hand, was much more at peace today.
The young girl decided to take pictures of wild flowers, so that she could use them as a reference to her next costume idea. Plucking them off was out of the question. The flowers would die and lose their color after all! She didn't want to do such a terrible thing to something that was of no harm. Taking pictures with her camera/camcorder was much more safer.
"I wonder whether the yellow flowers or the orange ones would work better," she mused, realizing she was running out of space on her current memory card. "Oh dear...I wish I took that extra memory card with me..."
Little did she know a winged man was flying over her head.

Kurogane's eyes fell upon the long haired kitsusagi below him, an eyebrow slowly arching in wonder as to what the hell they were doing with that device in their hands. And then he realized who she was.
" Princess?" Without a moment's thought his wings dipped and he fell from the air, diving toward the ground some feet away from her so as not to frighten her from his 'dropping in'. With a heavy, hurried landing he trotted up to her, repeating himself. " Princess what are you doing here," he asked in disbelief.
Little did his mind care to remind him that he was in a completely different world right now, and this most certainly wasn't his princess.

When she heard someone landing on the ground with a loud 'huff' sound the young girl flinched, almost dropping her camera on one of the flowers. Tomoyo sighed in relief as the flower wasn't harmed and quickly re-collected herself before turning around the male.
He was quite tall. Almost frighteningly. Yet there was an aura about him. Something that seemed to be gentle. Not to mention those wings! Was he an angel? If so then he couldn't possibly be terrible, right? She shrugged off this feeling and smiled politely. "I-I'm sorry, but I'm not 'Princess'," was her simple reply. Tomoyo couldn't comprehend that he could have thought she was a real princess after all, "my name is Tomoyo. And you are?"

The ninja paused, a confused look crossing his face as she spoke. She wasn't the princess? But he could have sworn it was here. A few moments of silence and then his mind decided to catch up with him, reminding him that he wasn't back home in Nihon, and this obviously wasn't his Princess Tomoyo. He frowned at himself more than anything, sitting down with a huff as he pulled his wings tight against his back.
" Kurogane," he muttered. He paused before continuing, " I'm sorry, you look like someone from my home world." This was the second time he had mistaken another Tomoyo for his own, he really needed to get better at that.

Tomoyo cocked her head to the side, looking at the man curiously. He seemed strange. Then again- she did deal with magical creatures, magical happenings and well: overall magic on an almost daily basis. Most people would find all this to be strange, but over time she got accustomed to it. After all she wouldn't abandon her best friend over something as silly as magical powers. Why would anyone?!?!!
"Well it's nice to meet you Kurogane," she paused, tapping the "SNAP!" button on her camera gingerly, "and it's fine. It happens some times."
Still why did he mistake her for another was pecking at her mind. This Princess...was just a pet name for a girl (or even guy) or perhaps..well his attire suggested it. But what if he came from a foreign land?!
"I-I'm sorry for intruding, but where do you come from by the way?" Oops! Did she just say that?! "O-Of course unless you don't want to tell me. I don't mind if you don't want to..."

The ninja watched Tomoyo for a moment, thinking about his answer. He didn't think it was something to keep to himself, but a lot of times it made things awkward if others knew you were from another world. However, this Tomoyo didn't seem to be too surprised, or rather she wouldn't be if he decided to tell her. Another silent moment passed then he sighed, flicking his tails around his paws before he spoke.
" I come from another world, where my home town is called Nihon." Did he continue on and explain further why she had caused him to mistake her for his Tomoyo? Sure why the hell not.
" Back in my home world I serve a princess who looks and is named exactly the same as you."

The school girl nodded at his words. So a different world? He does look strange looking. Especially those wings. She continued to tap on the snap button. It was obvious in her mind. She wanted to take a picture of him. But she didn't want to impose. Even if he did look amazing!
"Really? A princess...that looks and has the same name as me?!" Wow she wasn't expecting that. She didn't know if it was a coincidence or something else. What if she had a twin sister her mother had never told her about!? And that twin was sent away to another dimension?!! Oh the endless possibilities.
"Does she act like me?" Tomoyo asked, her curiosity spiked up high. She was so excited she could hardly contain it. But for the sake of first impressions she would.

Kurogane couldn't help but smirk as he watched Tomoyo. They did act very similar.
" The princess is a little more reserved in front of others," he paused before adding with a chuckle," but you both act very much alike." It made him home sick, seeing this Tomoyo. He didn't blame her for it of course, but it did make him a bit sad. He huffed, stretching his wings a bit before tucking them against his back again.

Tomoyo giggled bashfully, her hands nervously brushing her bangs gently. Did she act a little too jumpy just now? "S-Sorry. I guess I got a little over-excited."
But a girl in a different world that was exactly like her. She mused quietly. Could this mean there was someone that was exactly like Syaoran and Sakura in other worlds as well? Deciding that Kurogane wouldn't probably know she kept this question to herself. She then just noticed his melancholic expression and frowned. Did she say something wrong?
"Kurogane, are you alright?" She asked quietly, his expression burdening her slightly. It was in her nature after all.

Kurogane smiled at her concern, yet again reminding him of his Princess. " I am fine," he muttered, shaking himself mentally before wiping the sadness from him visibly. The witch was right, different world and yet same heart. Noticing that he had worried Tomoyo, he decided to change the subject, eyeing the thing in her paws with a quirked brow.
" What is that thing?"

Tomoyo noticed how hard he was trying to conceal his hidden pain. Not that she could really help it. It was in times like these that she wanted to make people like him smile a little more. He did seem a bit...saddened. Was it because of her? She could only hope that wasn't the case.
At his question she looked down to her camera. She was fiddling with it again, wasn't she? Darn her silly enthusiasm.
"This? It's my digital camera and recorder." She perked up happily. "It um...let's me freeze a moment in time and then records it in a small image. The recorder does the same, only it can show thousands of pictures moving at the same time all together at once."
Kurogane probably didn't know what a camera was if he was asking her about it. Explaining though is a bit harder than she expected, as most people that she knew had the basic idea of what a camera was.

Kurogane eyed the device suspiciously. Could something that small really do something that great? " Were you freezing pictures of the flowers?"
He arched a brow before turning his eyes back upon Tomoyo. " Is it magic or something?" He had dealt with his fair share of magic through his travels, and this didn't seem to fit the 'magical item' description. One question after the other it seemed for the ninja.

Tomoyo shook her head at his assumption. Magic? He must have been from a different world if he believed that cameras were magical devices. Well in a sense they were somewhat magical, but not in the magic magical way Sakura was in a battle. No, they were magical in their technology.
"No, cameras aren't magical devices, Kurogane. They're technological advances," she gently removed the thread around her neck that allowed the camera to dangle on her chest and held it up near Kurogane so that he could get a better look at the shadow colored device, "you just click this circular button here and it takes a picture for you. This picture is a freeze-frame of time. It can't stop time now, but rather record what happened at that very moment. It's really a unique device."
She hoped it didn't sound too complicated, but if he wanted he could try it out himself to get a better feeling from it.
