Needless to say, this thread contains Potential Spoilers.
This thread can be a general AC in Brawl Discussion thread.
So, if you do not want to see read them, what possible reason could you have for being in this thread? mad
ANYWAY. Yes. We know that Animal Crossing has it's own stage in SSBB, called Smashville. And we also know that Mr. Resetti is an assist trophy. And if you didn't know that... I suppose you do now! =D
Now, we/I know the music associated with Animal Crossing that is in the game! I assume that all of these songs are associated with the Smashville stage, but it's only speculation until we have the game to prove it.
Track 01 - Welcome to Wild World (upbeat AC:WW theme)
Track 02 - Go K.K. Rider! (You can here a snippet of it here)
Track 03 - K.K. Medley (I'd describe this as fun; even though it says "Medley", I only recognize a single tune with a lot of extra stuff added between "choruses")
Track 04 - The Roost (Calm, soothing theme from the Roost; tune played by different instruments)
Track 05 - Pelly and Tom Nook (Switches between Pelly's theme at the Town Hall and the Nook's Cranny theme)
Track 06 - K.K. Cruisin'
Track 07 - K.K. Western
Track 08 - K.K. Gumbo
Track 09 - Rockin' K.K.
Track 10 - DJ K.K.
Track 11 - K.K. Condor
I am speculating that tracks six through eleven are the songs that K.K. Slider plays on Saturday nights while you're fighting in Smashville. I say that because all the others have been "remixed" or whatever, but 6 - 11 sound just like the AC versions.
It's a pity that Animal Crossing didn't get a representative fighter in SSBB. Then again, I'm not entirely sure how that would have worked.

Hey yeah, man~
I'm totally psyched about Brawl coming out March 9th,
and I already know that the Smashville stage will be one that I'll play a lot!
Here is some great footage of the stage,
with the Town Hall/Nook's Cranny track playing
(wow, Link gets totally owned in that vid).
Most (if not all... I haven't checked) of the tracks you listed
are also available to listen to on Youtube.
I'd link directly to them, but I have no idea
if that would go against Gaia's TOS.
So, let's just say...
if one were to type "brawl"
and the title of any of those tracks
into Youtube's search engine,
they may or may not find a recording of requested audo file.

It'd be rather interesting. Mable vs Sonic lol Mable could use needles and thread as a long distance grappling move like Samus/Zero Suit Samus.

In case anyone is interested, the Mr. Resetti assist trophy, Smashville stage, and tracks 1, 2, 4, and 5 are available when you get the game.
I don't remember if K.K. Medley is available at the beginning or not...
Either way, the other songs have to be unlocked, I guess.
On the Smashville stage, you can see various characters that will root for you or someone else. If Celeste or Blathers are onlookers during the day, they'll both be asleep standing up. Characters will be excited, shocked, worried, or angry at the actions of the fighters. At least, those are the expressions that I've noticed.
I've seen Tom Nook, Saharah, Mabel, Sable, Celeste, Blathers, Redd, Gracie, Pelly, Phyllis, and various male and female human characters as onlookers. I'm sure I've seen more than that, but I can't remember.
Gulliver's spaceship and Pete can be seen flying occasionally in the background, not so that you can hit them of course.
Balloons fly across the stage (which you can pop). Some are holding restorative food items, but most of the time, they don't seem to have anything in my experience.
You can see Kapp'n's car driving by the Town Hall below the battle stage.
K.K. Slider does play on Saturday nights at the normal time, but I don't think the music is any different. I only played once on Saturday night, so I may be wrong.
There are a lot of various Animal Crossing trophies and stickers that can be collected. I'm making an attempt to collect them all, but I don't know how many there are. I have several trophies, but I know I'm missing the Katie and Kaitlin trophy.

I actually really hated this level when I played today.
I liked all the NPCs in the back, but they got distracting.
but, I want to know if you can knock Pete out of the sky.... ninja

Smashville is one of my favorite stages, although if I play a faster character I tend to fall off the stage more. sweatdrop I don't have a whole lot of the trophies or stickers-I'm slow. I wish you could play as someone, but at least seeing them in the stage is cool.
