You grab a half dollar and press it with your thumb against your index finger while holding your middle finger higher, then you let it fall towards the gap between the index and the middle while catching it with your middle finger, then you let it go again and catch it with the next finger, and you do the same with the pinky. Repeat until you can do it at full speed.
I just showed it to Raphaëlle and she was all wowed by my l337 finger skills. biggrin
