I've been hearing quite a bit about this series in the blogs I usually read, so I thought it would be good to download a couple of chapters and see what it was about.
Well, based on the first chapter, which is the most important part of any series as it sets the tone for the remaining chapters, I can describe Rosario + Vampire like this:
Rosario + Vampire is a bunch of panty shots, sexual innuendo and a couple of cleavage close-ups held together by the very will of the Almighty and some weak-a** plot about an ordinary high school student who accidentally applies for a high school for monsters. Yes, it's lame and stupid. But for some reason, it's one of those things that suck so hard, they create a disruption in the real continuum space and wrap tightly around good. It's so ******** hilarious to see the bite scenes rendered more as kissing scenes, and it's even more hilarious to see how ******** much attention is focused on Moka's panties! surprised
This is a really new series, so don't expect to see the entire chapters in at least 6 months, but if you can, go get 'em and have a good laugh! biggrin

Indeed, it's pretty much completely full of fanservice. I've pretty much read all of what has been scanlated, and it's mainly a few fights here and there with fanservice plastered everywhere. I prefer Mx0, which has a similar premise of a student who can't do magic entering a magic school. Anyways, Rosario also has an anime out, which hasn't been much different from the manga anyways. What happens to Tsukune later kinda kills the whole human in a monster school though.
Ya, the series is pretty mediocre, but it's entertaining because of that.
