Why do so many girls drool over Zuko? He's nothing. He has a permanent scar on his eye that makes him look like a lizard. He has an emo voice and he acts all emotional and grumpy all the time.
Hmm maybe this is what I heard about girls liking troubled little boys. Until they finally realise, all they're getting into is an emo kid that hasn't reached puberty yet, which is Zuko. That's my opinion anyway. Now sway me towards your viewpoint. I am curious.

Aside from the fact that he's nicely built and is one of the most complex characters--motives, behavior, past--really, it's the fact that he's a grumpy, cute, hot-tempered bad-guy-turned-good-turned-bad-turned-good. There's not a whole lot to it. I just love him, and I want soooo much to just take a stick and poke him.

You haven't figured out the fangirl dynamic?
To a fangirl, Zuko is:
-> Hot
-> Emotional
-> Available
-> Tormented
-> Muscular
-> Skilled
-> Funny
-> And 1/2 of the best pairing in existence. *coughZutaracough*
You're about the right age to be a Narutard. Think of the Sasuke fangirls. Why do people love him? For the exact same reasons. That's right. He even throws fire, just like Zuko.
I am of the impression that any self-proclaimed "Zuko Fangirl" is either going to be a Zutarian so that they can see Zuko macking someone all love/hate style, or they will be a Kataangian so that Zuko is free for them/their OC.

Wow, ok he isn't funny. I laugh at him because he's being emo sometimes but not funny funny. And what is this Kataangian you speak of? It sounds like an extraterrestrial. Just like Zutarians lol I would love to be in a planet called Zutara. It sounds kool. But it will contradict planet Earth because it's the Tophest planet ever, cuz it has the name of Toph's bending. Although it should be called Water instead because most of this planet's surface is covered with water. Or maybe we should call it planet Fire because deep inside, it's burning hot like Azula. ninja

I can't speak for all Zuko fans, but I just find that he's one of the most well developed characters in the show. There's a lot of conflict there, and he goes through a huge evolution. Watching a season three episode followed by a season one episode really shows you how much Zuko has changed.
Can't really say much for his physical appearance, since I'm not into guys, but *shrugs* He's aesthetically pleasing.

The first season of avatar, I would completely in love with Zuko, I hthought he was cool and all of that stuff, It's hard to explain my wacky complex fangirl.
But then I started to realize, I didn't want no emo kid Dx (I deal with too many "Emos" as it is,)
Then season three came by and POOF, I love him again because he's not emo :'D

HIPPIE ZUKO FTW Hippie? XD He's not singing in those campfires the avatar gang makes every night, so he's not qualified for that. Maybe it's like Star Wars, he joined the Sky Walker side to defeat darth Vader, his Father. Zuko mixed with Luke = Luko or Zuke.

MomentRising's grammar might not be absolutely perfect, but it's far from bad. To be honest, to me it seems like you're just picking a fight for the sake of picking a fight. So, what? You say that this guild accepts semi-literates, and then pick on someone who's actually literate for a simple mistake? (Which, imho, wasn't even a mistake, but just an expression that wasn't meant to be taken literally, but figuratively) My point is, MomentRising's grammar is perfectly coherent.
