One of those songs that get created by some random high school for other bands or something: "Motion" by Brian Balmages (from the FJH music company)
It's hard but really fun! (DARN we never got to officially play it...our BD said we weren't ready crying scream I WAS SO READY!!)

The Second Storm. We sightread it first and everyone stopped because it went from 88 to 132 so Rebelhitman (his username, one of my best friends) said that the guy who wrote it got struck by lightning

I'd have to say... Baby elephant walk. The jazzy feel just made you wanna
start dancing. On the other hand, I really like this piece called
Presstissimo, a march with an awesome trio.

For Wind Ensemble, it was a piece calledd Godzillla Eats Las Vegas, but that was before I actually got into the group.

absolutely amazing. really powwerful piece.
i played *1st trumpet* on this, and our part also had ques written in for 1st clarinet.
lol i can play the whole thing on each instrument, or play it switching between instruments XDDDD
yes it is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Huhm... I'd hafta say I'm torn between 'Spirit of the Falcon' because it sounded awesome, though our part wasn't very interesting, and 'Dance of the Tumblers' because the Euphonium part is fricking, fracking hard but we all love it anyways.

i'll have to say gandalf by johan de meij. it's hard, but it'll be fun once my band gets it down. we got it a while back and mr. gibbs is gonna be workin on it with us. i mean we haven't really played it yet, but i know it gonna be awesome! it's so difficult it has to be. if you listen to the music it's sounds so cool.
but i hate the song they hung their harps in the willows! >< i played that my sophmore year and it was a nightmare. you should go listen to it!
