Well again there's another spoiler alert x.x so... SPOILER ALERT!!!!!Pein is actually Nagato, one of Jiraya's students back when there were wars in the Rain country. The person who looks like the 4th is actually Jiraya's other student and Nagato's teammate Yahiko. We don't know for sure why Yahiko has the Rin'negan, Nagato's gekkai kenkai *dunno how to spell it sweatdrop * but Nagato says he's dead. If you wanna read the chapter it's all in here v.v but if it doesn't completely answers your question then read the previous chapters until you get it xp Naruto Manga Chapter 380 here!!!

i heard a lot of ppl saying that. but just like that girl said..the 4th hokage already died and he is not pein. he's pein's teammate xp domokun

actually, the 4th wasnt on the same team as Yahiko or Nagato, he was on another team that Jiraiya had taught. plus everyone knows there has to be one girl and two guys on a team. if Minato, Yahiko, and Nagato were on the same team, it would be all guys... so, no they wernt on the same team.
if ppl were smart.... they would know that is was Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan that were on the same team, while being taught by Jiriaya-sama.

caramel_lover_taca man...no way..just stop making rumors..anyway , this rumor is weird and ppl kno the truth already anyways.. if ur talking to me... im not making up rumors, its the truth i read it on www.onemanga.com , Pain is Nagato, the bodies that he controls are of former ninja that Jiraiya have met before, Pain doesnt even use his true body, Nagato's body, he uses other ninja's bodies including Yahiko's body as his main body. Jiraiya does die, he is dying while sinking to the bottom of some kind of body of water, but before he dies, he has two toads that he has sommoned, take something back to the Leaf village, one with the dead body of one of Pain's bodies, and the other with a secret code of some sort... also, it is suggested that Itachi was killed by Sasuke, but we wont know untill chapter 385, the last thing you see is Itachi sitting on a stone chair, and Sasuke thrusting his sword through the chair and through Itachi's chest...

What the hell? Pain looks NOTHING like the 4th.
And for the first couple of posts, you all are dumbasses. How can Minato be on the same team as Nagato and Yahiko? THEY ARE FROM DIFFERENT VILLAGES.

As far as I know you never see the 4th Hokage (Minato Namikaze) through out the series in action. He died transfering the nin-tailed fox demon years ago in Naruto.
