So, just to keep up with the tradition of posting here whenever I grab any piece of computational apparatus that's not my computer or the ones at college, here I am, posting from a laptop we got for my aunt at Irapuato. biggrin

I chose it myself. The memory sucks big a**, 512 MB with Windows Vista sweatdrop but anyway, she's just using it for work, so I guess that's fine for now; if she ever feels like getting something more, she just has to bring it to any computer shop and get the work done. The CPU is the one that really rocks: a Core 2 Duo that's waaaaaay better than my Pentium Dual Core. surprised

Now, you might be asking yourself: what the ******** am I doing with something that ain't even mine? And I tell you: I'm preparing her computer for anything that might happen: antivirus, antispyware, Firefox, defragmenter, video player, and Office 2003 (cuz every single computer nowadays comes with just a trial version of Office 2007 and well, MS Office is one of those programs you ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE in your computer).

I'm cool with that, actually. More people who truly need Office for school and work, and more people who all they get is a lame-a** trial version, that means moar gold for bootlegged software dealers at the street market, and more traffic for Bittorrent sites! 3nodding
