karma_k Dear Sir, Please find enclosed the form you mailed us, filled out by our daughter Sharika.  As per your request, these are the noteable differences we've taken into account: Personality: Still rather wild, hyper and eccentric, kind of tomboyish. Hair: Wild and unkempt, seems to have been sunbleached a bit due to the time she spends outside. We can't get near her with a comb most days. She is often seen wearing a camo bandana that's been folded into a headband and tied around her forehead to keep her bangs out of her eyes Clothes: She is very partial to the hand-me-down camo jacket we recieved from Ajhira's sister's son which she wears open with the sleeves rolled up to her elbows (http://www.transworldsurplus.co.uk/images/products/padded_kids_camo_jacket.jpg) She has taken a liking (much to my chagrin...) to the TV show Invader Zim and noisily demanded a red Gir T-shirt the last time we went shopping. She wears this underneath her jacket (http://www.theworkof.co.uk/illustrator.htm Its the fifth one down...I'd link you directly, but he's boobytrapped his page to prevent image leeching and the boobytrap is not pleasant >>; ) She is often seen in the same pair of bluejeans over and over again. They have holes in the knees and other various scuffs and tears, but she turns her nose up at the new pairs we've bought her, saying they're too stiff. Hopefully, she'll change her mind before the ones she has fall apart much further. For the life of us, we can't get her to wear any shoes... I hope that this helps your research. karma_k Dear Sir, Please find enclosed the form you mailed to us, filled out by Sharika to the best of her knowledge. Please excuse her spelling, she is still learning.  I would also like to make you aware that we have taken note of the flyers posted about the school and gotten Sharika up-to-date on her vaccinations. She recieved the following shots this weekend: Measels/Mumps/Rhuebella, Smallpox, Tetanus, Hep B, PCV, Polio, and Rabies Needless to say, she is none too happy with us at the moment and I doubt we'll ever get her into a doctor's office again without a Battle Royale on our hands. As far as changes go, she still remains quite the tomboy and loves to play outdoors. Her hair is a bit longer and she has taken to holding it back in a ponytail so that it won't get quite so ratted up when her mother brushes it for her before bed. This is her new favorite shirt. She wears a black baseball cap with this on it. A sportswatchA pair of camo sneakersAnd a ratty pair of bluejean shorts that are frayed at the ends. I hope that this helps you with your observances. karma_k NOTE: Sharika's hair is bleached blonde as a teen due to a combination of being in the sun a lot, and also due to a poorly-fated attempt to dye it green with Kool Aid which failed miserably and resulted in having to bleach it to get rid of the traces of color. When I want to dig too, he lets me but otherwise he doesn't wanna play very much and when I let him inside he tries to claw up the carpet. I think he wants me to help him get rid of Mom's tomato garden. Parent's Form Have you had any medical troubles: As the months grow colder, Sharika refuses to wear heavier clothes to keep her warm. Its hard to get her to even wear a jacket, so she suffers from frequent colds. Have you had any phychological troubles: She is reluctant to accept the idea she's growing up and ought to act her age. She is still very much high-strung, child-like, and at times, reverts back to the animalistic tendancies she exhibited as a toddler On a whole, how would you (as a parent) say your child is doing in all aspects of his/her life? Sharika is a bright girl and full of love and life for what interests her. I have no doubt once she finds her niche, she'll go far. I just wish she would exhibit a bit more restraint and responsibility.
