well when i wuz in middle school me and my friend both r dudes and we both played clarinets but at one of our concerts we got stuck beside some stuck up snob of a gurl who kept sayin we we're gay MAN I AINT NO DAD GUM QUEER but it wuz ticken me off i think she wuz jus mad cause she sucked big time

Some of the best orchestral and jazz clarinetists are men. It was originally a man's instrument because at one time women were not allowed to perform in any type of theatrical or musical arts. You should look it up.

Last year we had 2 guy clarinets but they quit because playing a clarinet was too 'girly'.

idk all the dude clarinetist(idk how to spell) i kno are weird.one of them(a junior now)likes me and is kinda stalkerish*shivers* stressed

clarinets were mostly played by guys in the old days...i think it hot that a guy can play clarinet

One of my most favoritest peoples in the world is a male clarinet player. And, believe me, he is NOT gay, lol.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. In fact, in my band two of the three best players are male. 3nodding

No all the male clarinettists I know are amazing (and not gay, though I do have my suspicions about one of the male saxophone players)! They're all really cool too, so I'm guessing you and your friend are the same way! cool

there's an 8th grader who playes the clarinet & he's really good at it.i dont c y that snoby girl said u were gay.any instrument is 4 any gender!if she cant figure that out then she is dumb.
