In the show they are all like "oh they could be doubles!!!!". But how do they look anyting alike? Hair color and skin color. Thatz about it....

no they really don't look that much alike...though if they actually did, it would be confusing to us...that might be why they dn't really look alike...but yea they are really different....

Yes, but only in the manga mainly in the earliest volumes. KagomeKagome Kikyou KikyouThey start looking different as Rumiko's style progresses throughout the years.

If your a reincarnation if someone aren't you suppose to look like the person? Its kinda hard to believe that Kagome is the reincarnation of Kikyou

Yes she is the reincarnation of Kikyo. Kagome is still young though, so maybe in time she will look like Kikyo.

From the manga, they do, basically twins.
From the show, people have bad eye sight, they look hardly the same.
