I'll stay rooted on my current position,
not screaming or anything
just plain staring and find some sort of reaction that wouldn't offend him or anything..
It also depends if other people are around..
I wouldn't like to look foolish in front of everyone else..

Hmm well at first I'd stare being scared the crap out of me eek but if he or she is not too creepy, then from there I'd hope a Death Note would be handed to me

i would be astonished and probably stare for a moment in disbelief. but then muster up the courage to approach the shinigami and hopefully recieve a death note. then the world would not be so boring and i could do some good
