G e n e r a l . R u l e s
1. DO NOT, under any circumstances, STEAL OR EDIT Ivyro and Epileptic’s art, or the art of any the guest artist. We all have worked hard on the images and coloring. If you steal the art, you will be banned for art theft and reported to the site admins.
2. Be respectful to everyone! Everyone is dedicated to their Ashes, so disrespecting a guardian would not put you on good terms with anyone. Rudeness towards others, whether they are guardian or stalkers, will not be tolerated and will earn you a spot on the blacklist. We understand if you try to ‘deter’ flamers and what not, but it would be better if you refrained from starting anything and let us handle the beatings.
3. One Ashe per guardian. You make your own Ashes and create it yourself. If you have two, the chances are you may neglect one. There is a lot of responsibility in caring for an Ashe, and we want everyone to have a chance at one. There might be rare exceptions to this rule, but don’t ask unless we tell.
4. Do not PM or send a trade to any of the staff. We co-own this shop, and there should be no need to pm anyone about anything. If you have any questions and are in need of contacting someone from this shop, please PM the shop account, Miss Marzipan ONLY. If we find out that you're PMing any artists we may greylist you due to your sheer impertinence. Also, if we find out your going behind the staff's back and directly PMing the artist to bribe them for an Ashe…well let‘s just say it won‘t be good. Any and all matters dealing with the shop should be taken up with the shop account -- not the artists. It's rude to do otherwise and utterly unacceptable.
5. Role Playing is required. You will be required to post in your journal at least once a month. This is not difficult - all you have to do is sit down for half an hour once a week and write an entry. If you absolutely cannot find the time, we suggest passing along guardianship.
6. Put your Ashe's journal to good use. How else can we find out the vital information and daily on goings in your Ashe's life? It is wise to document, also, roleplay what you have done, whether in the thread or elsewhere. We try to read everything, and this comes in handy when quest time rolls around.
7. Co-owning is not allowed. It just doesn't work have two owners attempt to keep an Ashe’s journal and roleplay up to the same par as others with single guardianship. If an Ashe is not being properly cared for, we will give the guardian a warning. Hiatus should be expressed in the thread and have a legitimate excuse outlining your absence. If you are planning on leaving Gaia, you can choose to give over the Ashe’s care to a close friend, or just choose a guardian. If you fail to do this, we will take action and make sure your Ashe finds a reliable guardian
8. Under NO circumstances will a pre-owned Ashe be sold by their guardian! You made a commitment with the shop to care for your child. If you feel that you cannot take care of your Ashe, then we will discuss options in private. Selling your Ashe baby is an absolute no, no and if we find that you have been doing this in secret your Ashe will be taken from you and you will be blacklisted.
9. Never ask for us to sell/give you one. You can get an Ashe through flatsale, flaffle, raffle, contest, auction, breeding, or pet trade. We will not just hand them out for no reason. So don’t ask!
10. Refrain from PM'ing Ashe Guardians. Yes, they have an Ashe yay for them. If you have a question regarding the Ashe, ask us at this thread. We‘re trying to make this a safe and non annoying environment. Odds are we can answer your question better in the thread and you don’t risk someone’s wrath. If we find you’ve been annoying guardians, you will be greylisted for a time.
11. We are allowed to keep secrets! We run the shop, we make the rules, and we do have secrets…
12. Rules are subject to change at any given time without notice. If we find we’ve forgotten something, than this means that we can easily change it whenever we want.
