The day was a bit warmer then it would be in the winter time, which means this would probably be the last day Hayashi would actually go outside to the park before the winter gets to cold for her little body could take. Yes.. of all days in the summer time she could have went to the park, she dislikes the hot heat and loves the bitter coldness blow on her furry cute face. Her caramel eyes blinked as she entered the park.
Seeing different animals all around her, some were wild, some was just like herself as she stretched before taking a long yawn. Days like these needs lots of her energy, as she ran into a pile of leaves and popped her head out, giggling a bit as her big furry ears flopped around the place on her head. She sneezed and quickly jumped out the leaf pile, thinking of something else to do before it gets to dark out.

Sumba shivered as a cold wind blew through her fur, winter was coming, the last few days of fall where quickly coming to an end.
She was walking along the metal fence that surround the park thinking that it was time to make her way home and settle in for the winter, it was something she did every year spent most of the year exploring coming home only for the occasional rainy night and for food.
When the temperature started to drop Sumba went home and spent the winter in the house every once in a while wondering outside.
She rubbed up against the cold metal and stuck her head to look around the park, tilting her head she watched as a cocker spaniel that she had never seen before run around the park playing in the leaves.

A yawn escaped Hayashi's mouth as she was being watched by a young cat. She narrowed her caramel eyes and looked at the kitten. As she was fond of most creatures around her, she didn't want to scare the little thing. Since cats and dogs aren't suppose to like each other. But she is different, she thinks every creature is the same on the inside, different on the out.
She slowly got up from her place, which was in front of her big pile of leaves and slowly made her away to the small kitten. She felt the cold concrete on her paws, making her start to shiver. But this kitten, she had such a beautiful coat and wanted to know more about her. Hayashi felt a sneeze coming on, but she held it back until she got in front of the kitten and keeled down, tilting her head. "Hello there little one.." She said softly.

Sumba watched as the dog walked closer to her, she could feel herself slipping into her flight or fight mode.
When Hayashi spoke to her she blinked at the dog in surprise, there weren’t many dogs and cats who got a long very well, she herself was known to pick on any puppy that wasn’t bigger then her.
But Hayashi was quite a bit bigger then she was and she knew better to pick fights with bigger things.
Sumba could tell that the dog was getting cold; her tail was starting to shiver, Sumba relaxed a bit.
“Hello… are you cold?” she said tilting her head.
“You want to go back to your leave pile?” Sumba looked around the dog to the pile of leaves.

Hayashi looked at Sumba and nodded. Of course she was cold. It was a cold day but she wanted to spend her last time in the park. As she might just come back out when snow has fallen on the ground. She looked back at her leaf pile and shook her head. Maybe the kitten was afraid of her.
"No.. I was tired of my leaf pile.. Anyway.. I'm Hayashi.. What is your name little kitten?" She asked her sweetly. Her smile had a sweet glow into it. She sneezed away from the kitten and sighed. Maybe she should have stayed home today.

Sumba grinned and nodded. "I am Sumba. And I'm not that little!" She said.
Tilting her head Sumba looked Hayashi and grinned. "So what are you doing? Lets do something fun!" she said grining with a twinkle in her eye. "I now about a bird show going on a couple blocks away."

Hayashi frowned a little at the cat and picked her up with her two paws. Standing on her hind legs. "Well.. You look small to me Sumba.. But I love your coat.. Beautiful colors.." She said sweetly. "Well.. I was about to go home.. It does feel really could out here.. She paused. "But I guess I can stay out her for a bit longer. So what are you about to do, Sumba?" She asked her.

Sumba squeked in surprise as she was lifted up. She stared at Hayashi wide eyed for a mintue.
"Err... but your big! So anything would look small to you. And thanks your pretty too...Now can you put me down."
She said wriggling around trying to get back on the ground.
"I was just going on a walk before I came here maybe seeing what I can cute out of the humans for a snack."

Hayashi looked at the kitten once more and put her down on the concrete that was under them.. "Well.. I am the master when it comes to getting something from the humans.. With this beautiful furry, curly coat.. I am the power of cuteness.." She said as she pointed a paw to herself. "Then again.. kittens always takes a dogs spotlight.." She looks down at the kitten.

Sumba grinned and shrugged. "What can I say, I'm good at what I do. Watch." She said moving to sit in front of Hayashi. Gacing up at Hayashi Sumba turned on the cute baby animal eyes, started to shiver and let out a small mew.

Hayashi couldn't help but to pokes Sumba's little tummy. "Ha.. So I guess you are cute.. But my dear.. You must not just act poor.. Sometimes that just doesn't work.. and believe me.. I see kittens just like you.. and sometimes.. Humans kick them away from them.. Its really sad.. But you should act tough.. but cute at the same time.. Now Watch this.." She said as she sits in front of a human, looking up at them. A same smile that they couldn't really notice came on her face and made puppy dog eyes and made a small cute bark.
The Humans giggled in joy of what Hayashi did and gives her a same dog treat, as they seem to have a dog of their own. "See.. Try to get the target that looks friendly.. Heheh.."
