Ok then... I'm kicking this off with; no bashing of any religions. You're allowed to poke fun to a degree on anything of course, but I'm not starting this so someone can make fun of another beliefs. That's just flat out rude. After saying such, if you take offense to what someone says, don't retaliate like a fool. Arguing on the 'net is like being in the special Olympics; win or lose you're still retarded. Religions... There's lots of them out there. Tell us something about some of your beliefs and what led you to see things in such a way. Feel free to tell anything you're comfortable with, we're hopefully mature enough to have something intelligent spawn here. Any links, intellectual properties, anecdotes, Yorkshire terriers and homogeneous milk products are welcome to the discussion. To start said trend, is something I found when skimming through College Humor watching odd videos. The National Church of the FSMTo be entirely honest, I like their views on Natural Disasters.

I feel that all religions lead to the same Truth, so long as you don't get snared in the dogma and lose sight of the bigger picture. Most of my beliefs can be summed up by the Emerald Tablet, because my beliefs are based on the pattern of reality. The reason I have those beliefs is because they're pretty self-evident to me. I've either directly experienced them or can observe their principles in the world around me.
My philosophies on life to the outside observer would seen quite based in Eastern thought, but that's cool with me. I don't really care what other people believe as long as they aren't being militant about it. I normally don't like discussing religious beliefs with a lot of people because everyone wants to be "right" to some extent. It's my nature to just avoid that. There is right, there is wrong, and then there is Truth.

My beliefs are eclectic, I pull from everything and also believe in every pantheon. I even believe in the Christian god just not in the "allmighty, allknowing, immortal, one and only creator" sense.
As much as they are random and pieced together, they are all centered around Kemeticism (Ancient Egyptian beliefs).

One consciousness. We all are connected through some energy/lifeforce whatever you'll call it. I personally don't worship anything, or think anything created us, we just kind of happened. So for me, I just live life to it's fullest, and wait to die.

The woman Muse (I forgot her name) said something like that, while Rufus said something along the lines of holding opinions rather than beliefs cause they're easier to change. I had to look up the exact quote to use in my last religion paper. whee
