Create your own naruto charater or jutsu try to be original you can even make blood lines there are rules so please follow
1)be original
2)dont copy someone elses charater or jutsu
3)ask user permission to be in blood line
4)have fun biggrin

ha im first!
my character is Renji Toki
He was abandoned as a child when his carravan was attacked so he grew up in a ninja village. later he realized where he was from and that he was of the esteemed toki clan that had the distinct ability to triplify any jutsu used against him. up to this point he knows not how to activate his awsome potential. but im a believer of checks and balances so in order to use it it takes up 50% of chakra.

element: wind
what it does: it summons an army of white 'phantom' dragons, that behave alot like Tayuyas ogres worm-things. The user has complete control over the countless dragons, but the chakra needed inevitably killes the user.

story: last surviving member of her clan. bloodline powers.
abilities: magnetic powers. since earth's core is metal...her powers can be performed anywhere. she can attract things together. or seperate things. hee main jutsu is magnetic rainpour ( shower of needles with magnetic force that follow the target everywhere)

Character name: Janomishi Tokama
Character's History: His parents died in a bandit raid as a child, he wandered along the road and colapsed from exhaustgen. The 4th Hokage took him in and raised him in the way of the Shinobi. He passed the chunin exams and learned to channel his chakras into powerful techniques to wipe out his opponents.
Special Ability: Secret Jutsu: Energy Chakra Drain
What it does: Successfully performing this jutsu will slowly drain his opponent's life energy into him so he has an almost limitless amount of chakra throughout the battle.
Jutsu's downside: Draining too much chakra from opponent will result in death of having too much energy. Because of this, it is rarely used and should be locked away as forbidden but no-one who experiences this jutsu survives to tell of it's horrors.

Character's name: Alkaid Nagarashi
Character's background: Her clan was wiped out by her older brother, much like Sasuke's was, but her brother had always been threatening to do so. The only survivors was her and her little sister, Atoli. At age 13, she became an ANBU black op and part of the undertaker squad. Instead of revenge, she only wants to protect her little sister, and will lay her life on the line to do so.
Secret Ability: Yang Manipulation, also known as Night.
What it does: It allows her to control darkness and shadow. This can extend to the dark spirits and souls around her.
Jutsu's downside: This jutsu has one of the nastiest side effects known to man. While in effect, it causes extreme amounts of pain. If activated for extended periods of time, it has the affect of shortening one's lifespan. Older, more powerful people of her clan were able to work around that effect to where they would feel no pain.
Goals: Live her life the best way she can, and if her older brother ever dares to show his face, bury him alive.

justsu name: blue dragon jutsu
what it does: the user calls upon a dragon of ice and water to either freeze or drown thier enemy
Down side: The dragon needs 1 sacrifice for everyone it kills if you don't give it a sacrifice it will kill you

my charechter is john he is part spirit wolf and part humanspirit wolf are vicios creatures the will destroy any thing at handthere are setian level of spirit wolf super,mega,unlimated and regular when john grew up he lived with his mom to learn the ways of the spirit wolf he also learned attacks such as spirit punch which is an attack that with a punch he can bad damage your soul or nock your soul right out of you bodie that is all for now tm

i would probably make a sword jutsu. like you know do the hand signs and your chakra gets like pushed into a sword shape, that and like a type of clone that when they get attacked they explode.

taijutsu specialist choutzu lee....well he is rock lees brother lol he is older then rock lee by 4 years and hes 20...the thing with him is he has the ability to unlock all 8 gates without dieing though after 2 hours he will faint and wont be able to fight for just one month he also has discovered that there is also a ninth gate the ultimate gate of death (hope it deosnt sound too crapy lol) and while activating his 8th gate his special move is called enemy destruction in which he runs around the enemy enemy similar to rock lees move...he then appears from the front and with his foot inflated with chakra due to the 8th gate opening kicks him in the face sending him flying back wards tthen with his speed appears on top of the enemy and punches the enemy to the floor with his inflated chakra hand.. after that he jumps up i the air and air and wraps his head with his hand bandage then focusing his hand and leg chakra to his head head buts the enemy on the floor.... note: even if the enemy moves choutzu lee will hit him because his chakra is attracted to the enemy chakra and will just follow it around till it hits the target....so that means he can also sense chakra and deosnt only use taijutsu...
