Well, there's this girl who I'm most DEFINITELY in love with. But lately, we've been talking less than we used to, and it almost seems like she's avoiding me... She said she liked me, but... I'm afraid that she doesn't anymore, and we were just another teenage "fling". But that's NOT what I want! I'm afraid that that's what she wants, though... She's all I'm able to think about now.
So, here are the questions I would like answered:
1. Is she not interested anymore?
2. Were we just a "fling"?
3. If you think she still likes me, what should I do to uh... impress her?
4. Is it kind of weird that I'm dedicating my love to this girl that I've only known for three months tops?

First off awwww.
That really sucks. Some girls just aren't ready for a stable relationship.
She could or couldn't be interested in you. I wouldn't know.
As to if it was a fling, proly.
She could still like you.
Be yourself. Don't try to be anything that you're not.
It isn't weird that you're dedicating your love to that girl. It's love. Love has no limits.

well i have 3 scenario's for you bro...
1. she doesnt have time at the moment to think about a BF. or she probably doesnt want to get into a relationship like Sabrina said...
if thats the case... you need to give her time... let her know that your there for her [without actually TELLING her] do nice stuff for her... and in time, when she is ready... she'll know that she can depend on you
2. she is busy!!! maybe your just used to talking to her all the time... maybe you need to let her breathe ya know? and try to give her some excuses when she doesnt call you or what not... just like the other option... WAIT for her... give her some space... give her some time... and she'll understand... and she'll come back to you
[the one that everyone hates]
3. she might not be interested anymore... and yes... i know how hard it is bro... TRUST ME!!! i know... but you gotta let go... you cant force people to love you... because thats not love... in case this option is the one thats happening... just know that... there ARE other girls out there dude... and in time... through patience... you'll find your "cinderella".... maybe she is right around the corner... you just need to give her a chance to brighten up your life....
but whatever the cause maybe...
always listen to your heart... cause thats the place that will guide you... if your heart tells you that she loves you... then hold on to that hope... never let it go... but if your heart tells you its over... then you need to let go...
its sad when things like this happen bro... but truth of the matter is... this is reality... and as much as we want it.... we wont be able to have it....
but that doesnt mean we just turn over and die... no no.... we must live on... smile... be happy... because maybe... just maybe... there is a girl out there... that'll change your life bro...
