Hello there agents.
It has occured to me that we have a severe lack of equipment on part of our armory.
You see, I've realized that our neuralizers are rather... slipshod in some ways.
Its rather simple. Our neuralizers need a modification into an emoticon mode.
To maximize our department of reasonable excuses, I am coming to you engineering agents specializing in the technology of the "Gif" aliens to create technology that moves within a post.
My best suggestion is a thin device which pops up similarly to this. burning_eyes whose head is topped with a small light similar to this wahmbulance .
Now, remember, these have to be travel sized so they shouldn't be too much larger than your standard emoticon.
If you could provide this service to help the agency, we'd appreciate that.

I could totally do that, but I have no gif animating program and no money to buy one... and I dunno if there are any free ones that work decently...
Plus I'm a huge procrastinator so you'd probably never see it even if I did start to make one. sweatdrop

Well I do know of an alien program that has been bootlegged onto the internet where it is offered to humanity for free.
It's called the Gimp. It can make decent gifs fairly easily.

Vincente Well I do know of an alien program that has been bootlegged onto the internet where it is offered to humanity for free. It's called the Gimp. It can make decent gifs fairly easily. If it's Mac-compatible, I'll look into it.

It can make decent gifs fairly easily. If it's Mac-compatible, I'll look into it. Can't be certain, but I think they have a mac download for it.

Sorry man, GIMP just won't work on my computer without X11. I tried installing that, but the Mac won't let me because apparently I have newer software. I won't be able to make Gifs on it.
