Our Black Hand has only two Speakers and one Silencer!
I believe that this should be dealt with.
Final say is over to Tomcha Blade of course, but I think there are some guild members here who deserve some higher recognition.

I striped those speakers of their rank since they were inactive.
A voting could be held indeed but I already have some people in mind.
As for new members...go around PM people you deem worthy!

I would think a Vote would be a good idea.
Most people are not in guilds or don't care for them for some reason. Mostly because nobody else cares lol
