Seriously. You won't.
I got into an argument with a friend, ended up bawling like a baby uncontrollably, then finished off by throwing up—twice. When I get overly emotional, sometimes I end up vomiting. Like I did last night. I wiped away my tears and the grotesque bits of half digested food from my lips, then got a cup of cool water and slowly sipped it down. I thought I was fine, or at least would be for the rest of the night.
I was wrong.
While getting ready to go to sleep, I was looking in my mirror and started to brush my hair when I noticed something strange. Something was off. I didn't get it at first, until I really looked at myself. My eye was bleeding. I got a Subconjunctival Hemorrhage.
O.O

The entire red part isn't blood. That's just red eye from my mother's camera. But you can kind of make it out. . .

Oh wow. ._. *Hugs* I'm sorry that you had such a bad day, dear.
They can fix your eye, right? I mean, it's not like... permanent or anything? 'Cause I'd freak out if every day I woke up and my eye was bleeding.

No, it's not permanent. It should go away on it's own in one to two weeks. According to the doctor I talked to on the phone, my eye should re-absorb the liquid in a matter of days. If it doesn't after two weeks, I have to go to E.R. Though, the doctor was more concerned about me vomiting twice, and if I would keep doing it, more than my eye.
It feels a bit funny, though. o_<

I had a bit of a freak-out moment when I first read that.

It sounds like you need to work on different coping mechanisms. Getting yourself that sick is not healthy. And it's kinda gross. =/

I didn't try to get sick on purpose, of course. That's just dumb. But I will try my hardest not to get sick.

Knowing you get sick when you're emotional means you knew it was coming. My post was about trying to calm yourself before it goes that far. 3nodding

It doesn't always happen, though. In fact it happens, maybe 20% of the time. At the time, I didn't think I was that emotional. I wasn't particularly thinking of myself, as well. My mind was full of thoughts of my friend. But being unaware of becoming emotional is a bad thing, too.
However, you are right. I should really try to calm myself before things get out of hand.
