Well, everyone's abuzz with the evolving items and the new NPCs that came with them.
But what about good ol' Ron Bruise?
He's practically a symbol of the Zurg event. You would think that if the Admin really were abandoning the event and pretending like it never happened because everyone (apparently) hated it and it got out of control, that they'd stop using him to make announcements.
But....
He's still around.
Kinda gives you hope, doesn't it?

*shrugs* He was one of the more widely liked NPCs, I suppose.
And I don't think they're abandoning the event... you did see the whole bit about the dormant Zurg whatever in the Battle description, right?
I've been pretty optimistic about the Zurg returning (or at least being involved in another event) ever since that plot "ended." 3nodding heart
But that's just me. =)

speakinf of movies and Ron, I STILL feel lik eburning my eyes out ever time i remember that one clip of ron in bed with that...alien...thing...gah! *runs to find the good ol' combinationb Souldiering (sp???) Iron/Tesla coil*

That is the thing with aliens and the public.
Everything gets confusing and they all forget about it.
Where as the few of us in the know remember the events of our extra terrestrial contact.
The admin will be saying that it never happened as a cover up like all governments.

I have some hope for the Zurg. I mean the Von Helson's were never coming back, right? Then buy some miraculous shades....like mine, that nobody can see into......neither can I see out of them. *walks and then trips up and traps a bin on his head* I'm alri- *crashes into the wall* No I ain't........

Everyone who hated the event, just needed to enter town and communicate with the Zurgs. :Talk2hand: Cause, once you start talking to a [NPC] it changes everything. xD
I still have some hope left, but I'm not looking forward for them coming anytime soon, except for Christmas. XD
