[Note: If you wish to join in the RP, please send a PM so that I might describe to you the plot, if you haven't already figured it out.]
(This RP takes place in Cat's Eye Manor.)
Riyo let out a long, exasparated sigh as she stretched her arms to the air and walked toward her bedroom. "I'm bushed..." She mumbled and peeked into Alucard's room. The vampire was sitting at his desk quietly, writing something. Riyo wasn't about to ask. "I'm going to bed now." She said to him, not expecting an answer. The vampire did not turn around, but paused in his writing. "Goodnight... My master." Riyo's head tilted slightly at his words. Master? Well... Whatever floated his boat, she supposed. Though she was still a little curious about what he was writing, she continued on to her room and closed the door as she entered.
Little did she know, her new 'pet' was up to something that could be considered no good. With the last letter written, he sealed it with red wax and the insignia he had 'borrowed' off of Riyo's desk. Yes, he had found her personal room. He knew every room in the house now. "And now, my master. Let us test how strong your will is."
To whom it may concern,
You are hereby invited to a party at Cat's Eye Manor three days from now, starting as soon as the sun sets. Concern yourself not with what to wear or bring, but feel welcome to have a friend join you, on this night of nights. Remember, show your invitation at the door. The directions are enclosed with the letter.
Sincerely, Riyo~

Reading the directions again Vash looked up at the house. Not entirely convinced he looked back at the directions again. This…can’t be right there was no way. He waited for a reply. Oh wait he had said that last bit in his head. “This…can’t be right there is no way.”
“Did you read the directions right?” Neko asked.
“Yes, I’m sure I did. I’ve only double checked the address five times now.”
Inu stepped up and took the invitation from Vash and read it over again and looked at the address on the accompanying piece of paper. “No, its right. This is the place. So let’s go.” The eeriness of the building apparently hadn’t made the slightest effect on Inu and Neko, but it had chills running up and down Vash’s spine. It was like something out of a horror film. “Come on, Vash.”
Being pulled from his daydream…daynightmare of vampires and werewolves, Vash realized he was being left behind as Neko and Inu were making their way up to the door. “He…HEY wait up!” Long strides caught him up quickly and soon he trailed closely behind them keeping a look out for a swamp monster, zombie, demon bunny, anything! You never knew what lurked around the corner in a house like this.
Being the first to the door, Inu took hold of the large knocker attached to the front for and swung it down once. It made a louder sound than she expected, as it seemed to echo through the house.
“This has the movie Psycho written all over it.” Vash trailed off. He really did watch too many horror films. “If we’re lucky there won’t be a brain eating zombie on the other side of the door.”

A knock...
... A knock?
A... KNOCK?!
Riyo almost jumped out of her seat as she heard it. She had been reading a book quietly in the main room that was close to the door, and dropped it as the loud noise echoed through the house.
Needless to say, she was surprised as all hell. It was rare to get visitors at this hour.... Scratch that, it was rare to get visitors AT ALL. Considering the fact that she was surrounded by creepy forests and her mansion didn't scream happy sunshine and flowers.
Maybe it was... Some kind of salesman? If so, what the ******** were they taking? Either way, she better stop thinking and go answer that ******** door.
She quietly picked her book up and sat it on the coffee table, then made her way to the door. She didn't open it all the way, but simply peered out at the people standing there. DEFINITELY not a salesman... So what did they want? "... May I help you?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.

Inu tilted her head at the girl who opened the door then smiled handing her the invitation she had received. “I’m here for the party.” Inu didn’t know this girl well…in fact she really didn’t know her at all but that never stopped her from going to a party before.
Neko and Vash both cast questioning looks to each other after Riyo had answered the door. Maybe this chick was some sort of hired help and didn’t know what was going on tonight? Or maybe they had somehow gotten the wrong address. Either way they weren’t too sure what to do.

Her first thoughts as she heard the girl speak was 'what are these kids on and how do I get some?'. Then she looked at the invitation. Her eyes questioned every letter she read... And widened at the signature. A better question was 'What am I on if I don't remember writing this?' She hadn't had a drink in the past few days... And even if she had, this kind of thing NEVER happened when she was drunk.
She thought about what to do for a few seconds. What COULD she do? Sure, she didn't exactly like to invite people into her house... S'pecially the ones she didn't know. But it would be entirely rude to tell them to shove off. She looked up at them from the invitation and let out an exasperated sigh. "Come in." She said in a soft voice and let the doors open up to the pure scarlet environment. She would discuss with them the invitation after they sat down.

Without hesitating, Inu smiled and graciously walked through the door and took in her new surroundings. It was all very…red. It was almost like the house was oozing blood from the inside and it was staining everything it touched. Even objects that weren’t red seemed to radiate the crimson color as if they too wanted to be part of it.
The men both lingered in the doorway for a second, unsure if this whole thing was a trap or not. But soon Neko shrugged his shoulders and walked on it.
“You’re seriously going in?” Vash asked still planted in the same spot.
“Well, I’m not standing out here.” Neko grinned back at him. “You’re more than welcome to guard the door though. Make sure none of those zombies attack the house okay?”
Vash looked from side to side to make sure Neko wasn’t being serious about zombies before he stepped into the door as well and allowed it to close behind himself. No way was he going to stand outside alone. Taking a look around the inside was a little better but still gave him the creeps. It was very dark, mood-wise not so much lighting though it could have been brighter. “Hey!” Vash panned his vision around as he heard Neko speak out and caught sight of him pulling back Inu’s hand as she had apparently reached out for something on a long desk-like table.
“Don’t touch everything you see.” Neko warned her gently and let go of her hand.
Ears lowered she nodded and looked toward Riyo waiting to see where she would take them. Where were the balloons? And the music? Wasn’t every party supposed to have those? And drinks and food and maybe a petting zoo but she could have been remembering that last part wrong.

Riyo quietly moved to the sofa and sat down gracefully, looking up at her guests and gesturing them to the seats available. "Please, sit." She said in an amiable tone and once again looked at the invitation. It had been stamped with HER symbol. The cat that wore the top hat. There was no mistaking it.
"I... Regret to inform you... But I did not send these invitations." She said calmly, not looking up at them but keeping her eyes on the piece of parchment as if it would reveal something to her as she continued. "But I cannot deny that it came from my house, and therefore, cannot turn you away." She sat the invitation gently on the table and leaned back into the sofa, now looking at each of them for an uncertain period of time until moving to the other. Her face looked perplexed.
Then, an idea. her eyes shot towards the stairs in thought. Alucard. He seemed like the only logical explanation... But the rest of it didn't really make sense. How'd he get her stamp? How was the signature perfect? How... The ******** did this happen??

Didn’t send out the invitations? So then…there was no party? “But…who did send out the invitations?” Inu stayed hovering over a chair not sure if she should sit down or not. This was all rather disappointing. There was supposed to be a party, with music, and food, and drinks, and balloons, and ponies. Well maybe not so much ponies but at least the other things.
Neko and Vash stayed huddled in the doorway looking into the room. Maybe they should go? It felt wrong to intrude into someone else’s house, especially when they weren’t expecting company.
“Hey Inu, why don’t we just leave. We don’t want to intrude and it is late after all.” Vash said, his voice making it clear that he was still uneasy about the place.

Riyo looked at Inu, her eyes asking the same thing. "I have a hunch." She said quietly. "But it can't be proven until he gets back from wherever the hell he went."
She then looked towards the men, who seemed anxious to leave. "Nonsense." She began with a smile. "I couldn't bare to see you go after expecting a party. Please, stay awhile and I'll get out some wine." She paused, then seemed to smirk. "Fine, aged wine."
Indeed, she had quite a collection in her... Semi-secret wine cellar. She did enjoy a drink or two... Or three or four.. Or more. And hey, she didn't mind sharing. It's not like she got that many visitors. And the sooner she let her guard down, she expected the sooner her new companion would show up.

Inu eyed the wine she had been handed for a moment. She had never had anything that smelled quiet like it before so she wasn’t sure how it was going to taste. Neko however took to sipping his as soon as he had gotten it and smiled as the flavor hit him. It was very nice indeed. Vash, however, took to guzzling his like a pint of ale, downing the whole glass in no time straight. Whether he was drinking to drink or drinking to calm his nerves neither Neko nor Inu were sure.
“Haaa, not bad.” Vash wiped his mouth on his sleeve.
“This is wine, idiot, not some cheap alcohol you get at a bar.” Neko commented taking another sip from his glass.
Vash didn’t say anything in return, he instead looked at his empty glass, regretful that it was now empty.
Clasped in both hands, Inu sniffed the contents of her glass one last time before she brought the glass to her lips and took her first sip. She let the wine sit in her mouth a moment before she swallowed trying to determine if she liked it or not. Kinda fruity, a little sweet, over all not to bad. It had a funny taste to it though but Inu ignored it as she started to drink in ernest.

Riyo let out a soft laugh at the enjoyment of her unexpected guests. She held up her own wine glass as a sign of cheers and took a drink. No, she didn't sip. Sure, you'd expect her to be fair mannered and classy... But not when it came to drinking. She was as close to alcoholic as she could get.
"Mm.." She mumbled and noticed Vash's glass empty. With a shrug, she took out a bottle of wine from down beside the sofa and placed it on the coffee table. "Have at it." She said simply and leaned back. She then glanced to the record player next to the sofa and delicately lifted up the needle, placing it on the edge of the record.
An old fashioned type of music started playing. The sounds of violins, pianos, and flutes danced their way through the mansion. It was a pleasant melody, neither showing supreme joy or depressing sadness. A simple, neutral yet enticing tune.
"What a nice little gathering. But it could hardly be called a party..." A mans voice came from seemingly nowhere. Riyo blinked and looked around for a moment, and when she saw nothing, she turned to face the front again. That's when two gloved hands shot out from the wall behind her and seemed to hover around her head.

Taking hold of the bottle presented to him, Vash refilled his glass. He wasn’t going to pass up booze, even if it wasn’t what he was used to. It probably wouldn’t be long before he started prancing around with a tie on his head and laughing hysterically.
He seemed to enjoy his second drink a little longer but when a voice came out of no where he spit up his drink looking around frantically for the source. Finding none he began to panic. “Guys, what was that?” His question was soon answered, however, as hands materialized out of the wall behind Riyo and hovered over her head. Letting out a scream, Vash pointed above her frantically. This was obviously something he wasn’t used to, despite living with Hitsu.
Neko only gave a small jolt at hearing the voice but retained a calm demeanor as he continued to sip his wine. The only thing that startled him more was when Vash started screaming like a frightened schoolgirl. “For the love of-!!! Would you shut up!”
A small hiccup came from Inu’s direction. The strange voice neither Vash’s screaming had bothered her as she was too focused now on finishing her drink. Pulling the glass away from her face she gave an awkward smile as she hiccuped again, her face flushed as the blood rushed to her head. At the word of party, Inu raised her empty glass into the air. “Yes, we need to make ~hic~ this a party!” Only one glass and she was already s**t face drunk.

That's when things started to get bad.
Riyo's eyebrow raised as the man with the spikey hair began pointing at her as if she was some kind of monster. Honestly, it was a little offending. Her eyebrow raised. Then her eyes widened. Something was behind her. She could feel it. But before she got a chance to look, one hand went over her mouth, and the other grabbed her waist, then both hands pulled her back through the couch and into the wall, all the while her eyes looking shocked as hell.
The lights began flickering as soon as Riyo was out of sight, then promptly turned off. Yet... The record player continued to sing. Only now the tune was haunting. "A party. Yes, of course."
After a moment of darkness, the candles hanging on the wall lit themselves. The flames danced eerily in unison.
"Shall we dance?"

Tilting her head as the lights went out, Inu’s eyes adjusted fairly quickly as the dim candlelight lit the room. At the word dance Inu lifted from her seat without hesitation and began to sway through the room, obviously off balance as she stumbled in a few places. It apparently didn’t take much alcohol to effect her equilibrium.
A few shades paler, Vash watched in horror as Riyo was pulled through the couch and into the wall. Still pointing in the direction she had been Vash turned to Neko. “Still think it’s a good idea to be here?!”
At this point even Neko was a little startled and didn’t know what to make of any of this. “Maybe it would be best if we did leave. I’ll get Inu.”
Weaving through the room, Neko trailed behind the intoxicated Inu to take hold of her wrist and pull her back toward the door. “Inu.” He whispered loudly. “Come on lets go.”
