Hmm...I'm going to go with Naruto on this one. I love Gaara for his transition to kage and that he becomes ultimate good, but Naruto has always been good, so that's my reasoning. Gaara really annoyed me in the beginning, but after you heard more of his story it all made sense. Poor cute little Gaara.
