My favorites would be Babelcolour's portrayals of each Doctor. He manages to capture the flavor (I think) of each regeneration perfectly.

First Doctor - (Aww, such sweet clips of him. Plus the hilarious finishing dialogue!)
Second Doctor - (Awww, the puppy face at 2:20!) heart
Third Doctor - (A cliche song, but what could suit Pertwee's Doc better?)
Fourth Doctor - (Gotta love the polka portion!)
Fifth Doctor - (It's just so not cricket!)
Sixth Doctor - (Silmultaneously cracks me up and creeps me out)
Seventh Doctor - (My fav! I demand him wrapped under my tree on Christmas morning!)
Eighth Doctor - 4laugh (Such a pretty Doctor...)
Ninth Doctor - (What an infectious grin! Yeah, he's not-so macho. *hee!*)
Tenth Doctor - (Okay, okay, so Tennant's accent isn't cockney, but it's just too funny not to love!)

I confess, I rather like all of Babelcolour's videos.

I've made three videos but something's stopping me from posting them on YouTube or any other site. The process just stops after a few percent. I even tried vastly reducing the size of the file to less than 10mb and it still won't load...ack! i would love to share mine xp stare sad i can't even load them on Photobucket.
