mkay, so i have an acquaintance who's a pagan. throughout the day today she kept going near me when she could and mumbling things and watching me when she thought i didn't notice, and she looked generally confused. so i asked her if something was wrong and why she was acting like a weirdo all of a sudden, and she told me it was because the ground moves beneath my feet.
so she walks off mumbling and I'm sitting there like, whack the frog? anybody know if that was like an insult or a compliment or something? she doesn't usually say weird things about me, nor when she does will she tell me what she means.

Technically, the ground does move beneath your feet. D: It's a little magickal theory some people call Earth's Rotation.
Dunno what you should make of it, but you might want to find out from her yourself. Your acquaintance sounds a little disturbed, if I may add. <.<

Well, if I were you, I'd go by the rule of three's.
That being, if one person looks at you and sees something crazy (such as the ground moving), that person is probably a little confused, nutty, or making things up.
If a second person who has no relation or previous contact to the first tells you the same thing, it could be an incredible coincidence of two people with the same kind of crazy. But just in case, keep your eyes open for anything weird that you might be doing.
If a THIRD person comes up to you saying the same thing, you might want to start thinking about alternative explanations.

That IS an odd thing to say. The first thing that came to mind was, it's not negative nor positive...just that you kinda defy traditional roles/logic, and have a good level of inner power.
I know, doesn't make much sense. But...if the ground is moving only underneath you, that means you aren't fully intune with the earth, which represents stability and traditionality. But since we're so bound to the earth, it'd take a decent amount of power, which might really intimidate people, to cause the "ground to move" so to speak.
But that's just my automatic hunch, which doesn't mean much.

If it's true, it's pretty badass.

Interesting. Perhaps the energy flowing around you created some kind of air distortion. Still, something doesn't fit right with me in your testimony. I'm no good with energy stuff so I'll stick out of it for now.

Pagan, eh? I think that I whould have to say... An illusion spell, if she isn't crazy. Sometimes after you play games (like DDR or Guitar Hero) for a very long time, or move around alot, things do appear to rumble, or move, like most people after seeing the screen move in Guitar Hero think something is rising, because flashing dots have been coming after them for so long.
