Ok, guys I wanna share some hints and tips here.
When attacking in the event the decision is as such:
Standard Attack
Weak Attack
90% Chance to hit - 1 point Award
Medium Attack
45% Chance to hit- 3 point Award
Strong Attack
20% Chance to hit- 10 point Award
This means that for every 10 attempts you make, the maths says you'll get around the following results:
Weak Attack - 9 Point, (Maximum of 10, if all hit)
Medium Attack - 13.5 points, (Maximum of 30, if all hit)
Strong Attack - 20 points, (Maximum of 100 if all hit)
So, even though you'll miss a lot more with a strong attack, the 10 points a hit make up for it. And if you can use your +10% etc rage points, it's even better. Using Weak and medium attacks are more likely but will give less points.
So everyone, use strong attack.

Additional Information
Each time you gain a successful attack a post is made saying what happened in the fight.
[Example here]
So if you wish to be attacked (Human -> Vampire, Vampire -> Humans) more than you want to gain points, use Weak attacks. This way 90% of your attacks create a post which can be attacked 3 times therefore in 20 minutes (10 attacks) you get the possibility of up to 27 bites. I believe that is enough to take you to Moskito at least.
However if you wish to stay human or stay Vampire, Strong attacks will only create a post 20% of the time. Therefore in 20 minutes (10 attacks) you get about 2 posts. This means you can only be attacked up to about 6 times, which can easily be healed off in your correct base.
So in recap, changing skin use weak, keeping skin use strong.

Back in my day we had to walk uphill in the blinding freezing snow to manually post our words on the bulletin board, both ways and occasionally the server would completely conk out... *wanders off*
