CLOAK OF THE SITH

It is a dark time for the galaxy. For five hundred years, a war has been raging between the ever growing SITH EMPIRE and the REPUBLIC. As the Jedi continue to be pushed back, inch by inch, there seems to be no end to the conflict in sight.

As the war rages on, a young Sith steals away with an artifact known as the SHIELD OF REVAN, with assassins hot on his trail. With nowhere to turn, his chances of survival decrease with each passing second.

All is not lost, however. Internal strife plagues the empire, as various dark lords try to constantly steal power for themselves, often in the most brutal fashion. A secret cult, cloaked in deception and shadows, has been formed to help puppet events for their favor....

RULES

1. Listen to all mods: Nelowulf, Darkened Angel and the crew. This axiom also applies to any whom may be promoted to mod-ship during the course of the RP. They have higher authority than you. Annoy me in particular, and I'll make you the main event in the Geonosian Collosseum.

2. Guild rules and GAIA TOS must be followed ALWAYS.

3. Simple, semi-literate RP guidelines must be followed. God-moding is prohibited, and puppeting is allowed at the consent of the other party (I advise that you do not delete any PMs exchanged between you and said party incase I need to see it).

4. Please be literate. This includes using proper punctuation, apostrophes, paragraphs if needed and other simple gramatical practices.

5. This is a 3rd Person objective RP. This means, that you will only use "I", "Me" and other 1st person forms unless in dialouge. This also means that you cannot know what others are thinking. OOCs must be represented in a double parentheses ((like this)) or in double brackets [[like so]].

6. Expounding on parts 4 and 5, basically think of it as a novel in progress by many writers.

7. Feel free to go to any planet you choose. However, there will be what I call "Centers of Attention" where important events will happen. This is to help you rejoin the action. (See in Post 4/5-ish)

8. Have Fun! Otherwise, things are going to like, suck and stuff.

Cloak of the Sith: Background Info

The New Sith War begun in the year 2000 BBY, lasting a thousand years. It goes by many monikers, but this is the dark age before the Russan Reformation, and the concept of the "Old Republic" truely became unified. For this reason, it has been called the Republic Dark Age.

The end of the New Sith War would be the battle between the Brotherhood of Darkness and the Army of Light. The Thought Bomb would wipe out all but 2 sith, and a scrappling of Jedi. After the attack, the Rule of Two would be established, but our RP happens a bit sooner.

The RP takes place in 1500 BBY, 500 years into the war that started with Darth Ruin founding a New Sith order. Specifically, not much of note has happened (most events take place within the last 100 years of the war), but there is a backstory we have created to generate a few ideas for you to spawn from.

Twenty years ago, a jedi rose through the ranks, and became one of the best jedi known. He became the head of the council and everything, but his ambition, which was cleverly hidden, lead to him creating a secret army of jedi, loyal only to him. Fortunately, the jedi found out about his secret alliances and plans to destroy the sith worlds outright, and cornered him. Supressing his army, and arresting him, the jedi was place on trial, and issued the death penalty. Thousands from all corners of the galaxy come to see his death, as he had influenced the hatred of so many people, jedi, mandalorians, everyone. Branding him as less than a sith, they put his body into a dispersial chamber, and literally de-atomize the entire thing. Not a single speck managed to survive, or so the story goes.

Now, a sith intitiate, destined to destroy an artifact known as Revan's Shield, flees Korriban. Fearful of the Jedi who would attack on sight, and the Sith out to kill him, the intitiate is caught in a race against time to find out just what secrets Revan's shield holds, and more importantly, survive in the middle of a war that has been going on for over 500 years.

And this is where our RP begins. The Sith are always finding new ways to fight jedi, vice versa, and each faction has its own problems which you can try to address. For a more information on the time period, please read: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/New_Sith_War

Non-Force User Information

Your bios shall be sent and approved by a mod. (( Cale Darksun or Nelowulf primarily ))You should recieve a PM about your confirmation, or questions about the bio. If your PMs are disabled, your bio will NOT be accepted.

For your bio, you should include:

Name:
Age: *
Gender:
Race: **
Main weapon: ***
Side weapon: ***
Affiliation: (Sith, Jedi, Cult, Self, etc)****

Personal Ship: *****

Short History: ******

Description: *******

Personal quote: ********
Personal Theme:

*Age must be over 21 to drink. We Card. Its required.

**You can be any race or hybrid you desire, provided it is acceptable under my scrutiny and sanction.

***Your primary weapon can be anything. EXCEPT A LIGHTSABER. However, your secondary weapon may be one. Lightsabers require years of training, even for jedi. You will hurt yourself more than others if a non-force wielder used a lightsaber as a primary weapon. Consider a vibrosword if you must have a sword. Also, if you weild a sword against a jedi, you will lose, even if you were trained by Obi-wan himself. Nor can your sword block blasters. That's a jedi skill. No Exceptions.

**** You do not have to be a force-user to be affiliated with the Jedi or Sith. The Jedi use NFUs as pilots, helpers, all sorts of things. Sith will have bounty hunters, assassins, etc.

*****Your personal ship. You can pick any ship you want, or none at all. However, please describe your ship and modifications (not everyone has a smuggling ship with military grade shields, cloak generator, and a class .9 or faster hyperdrive). If you can, include a picture.

****** Your history is optional. If you decide to put a personal history down, do not say "Unknown" or any cheezy drama queen antics. You can have some tradegy in your life, but don't be the one God pisses on daily.

******* Your appearance must not be the words "Like Avi". Your avi probably changes clothes every day - mine almost certainly does! I doubt a jedi will wear mami wrap with a dark cape, a red clown nose, and reindeer hooves. You may, however, use a tektek, if you wish. You can type it out or post a picture. Pictures preferred, if you have them on hand.

******** A little optional idea, it involves you finding a quote or "tune" which would help describe the character in ways you find neat. Darth Vader, Luke, Leia, they all had their own theme songs, why not you?

Ship Profile

If you have a Ship, Force user or not, use this Profile to flesh it out. And no you will not have high ranks in everything. No superships and no movie era or newer ships. If you're having trouble finding a ship, the Mods might assist you if you ask nicely.

Personal Ship:*
Speed:**
Manueverability:***
Shielding:***
Armor:***
Hyperdrive:****
Life support systems:*****
Armament:******

*(Name, Model, Class{light freighter, fighter, ect}, Pic if available) if you dont know any of these, just put what you named it and what kind of ship it is: IE Anakin Skywalker's would be Azure Angel: modified Jedi Starfighter

**(very slow, slow, moderate, fast, very fast) pick one or use your own descriptor (do the same for Maneuverability, Shielding, and Armor)

***(None, poor, bad, moderate, good, very good, excellent)

****(Y/N) you either have a hyperdrive or dont. speed is not an issue but remember that these are older hyperdrives. Travel times take longer and 1x or faster drives dont exist

*****(Y/N) You either have it or dont. If the alien species you are has special lif support requirements(Higher than average gravity or atmospheric pressure, or even requires different gasses to breathe) mention it here.

******(list name, location and number) Unreasonably big weapons or impossibly large numbers of guns will not be tolerated. Again, be realistic. The Millenium Falcon had concussion missles and two quad guns. That was considered overpowered for a Civilian vessel.

Jedi/Sith

Those of you that are approved of having a Force Using character by me or another mod get to abide by these profile rules. Many parts of this profile setup are similar/identical to those of NFUs. However, some parts are different. If you are new to the bio format, please read this in entirety, due to the fact some things (such as philosophy) are only explained in specific sections, and other things (such as other lightsaber forms) are rank-specific.

Special Rules

Apprentices

Every school of the Force has learners, so why not be one of them? After all, not everyone is a master. Here are the rules:

-You're Force skills are incredibly weak. Do not expect to be lifting things bigger than say a stack of books, and that's with practice.

-Lightsaber skills are on par with someone who has been practicing with a vibrosword for a few months. Saber throws and other fancy tricks are out of question until after some practice.

-You may only use a lightsaber. Not two, not a greatsaber, not a saberstaff. One saber.

-You're stuck with lightsaber Form 1, although you can tweak it a little to your style. Don't expect to be able to do any crazy acrobatics:

Shii-Cho - The most basic techniques, the basics of attack, parry, body target zones, and the practice drills called velocities are all here. Pretty much stuck with anything you can use. Effective if honed, especially against multiple opponents, but overall weak.

- You'll have to pick a philosophy. This is the style which you fight. It determines some factors, though remember what you will be using before you hastily decide. You may recognize these from Knights of the Old Republic. Often times, this is more important as padawans who lack much battle experience and have a harder time compensating for a weakness.

Jedi Guardian/Sith Mauler - True fighters of an order, the lightsaber comes before all. Tending to be quite public, preparing for a confrontation is the primary objective.

Jedi Consular/Sith Corruptor - Masters at wielding the force, these warriors tend to delve into the mysteries of the force, and often times are instructors or scholars.

Jedi Sentinel/Sith Infiltrator - Balanced between the lightsaber and the skills of the force, these warriors have devoted themselves to other skills as well, such as hacking, security, etc.

-Your Master will teach you to develop Force Skills. You can't perfect all of them obviously, but you can grow proficient in one or two skills per planet visited or training sessions done.

These skills are:

-Force Push/Pull
-Force Jump
-Force Levitate
-Force Speed
-Mind Probe
-Force Persuade

-Force Heal
-Force Absorb
-Plant Surge

-Force Lightning
-Dark Craze
-Force Choke

Skills Description:

Push/Pull: This skill is a duh. You can push or pull one unwilling opponent.

Jump: Ability to jump higher and farther, as well as land with better control from high distances.

Speed: This is you on Crank. You are insanely fast, but only in dire times. You will almost run faster than a laser.

Levitate: Allows you to pick up inanimate objects and throw them, such as a rock or your lightsaber.

Mind Probe: Search someone's thoughts and feelings and maybe discover somethign of interest.

Force Persuade: Not quite a mindtrick or mindcloud yet, you can still influence people to a small degree using this skill. It will not affect the strong of mind, and the weak of mind only are influenced, not controlled.

Heal: Everybody needs a little healing sometime. Not as good as bacta, but great first aid. However, this is not an instant process. Healing takes time, so use sparringly.

Force Absorb: Takes most Force attacks and absorbs them, aka deflect them.

Plant Surge: Alters (usually by speeding up) and manipulates the growth of local fauna, often times to ensnare or give a boost to a jedi. Note: does not work indoors.

Dark Craze: A technique that drains you until battle is over or you pass out. Speed, dexderity, strength, and focus increase.

Lightning: Go Palpatine on the fool, make like Metallica and make 'em "Ride the Lightning"! Self-explanitory. Only effective against one person.

Choke: Works on more than just choking, as it can also be used as a grip-like power, enabling you to toss living things. Also considered Grip.

The Jedi will stick mostly to neutral and blue skills, while Sith will mostly use red and grey skills.

Knights

You've passed the trials and are now a fledged knight. Your mastery of the Force is more complete than before, and your skills are much more fine-tuned.

Knights:

-Take orders from the council or lords
-Can train apprentices and become masters.
-Can use dual sabers or poleblades if focusing on lightsaber preferance
-Can change their form from form 1 to another:

Form 2: Makashi - An old style rarely used by the jedi in the time of the GCW. One studies the precise manipulation of the blade, making them very strong against another lightsaber wielder. However, in the GCW, blasters and other weapons are used, and the precise manipulation of blades pretty much sucks against blaster fire. Sith should consider this form, if expecting many duels with jedi. Dooku used this style.

**As we are NSW era, the problem of blaster-to-jedi ratio is far less severe, making it not so much a handicap as it has been in other RPs.

Form 3: Soresu - The all around Defensive style. Unlike form 2, this style is quite adept at blocking lasers. It is widely reguarded that form 3 is even invincible once mastered, as it depends on effecient movements and precise control to block blasters and lightsabers. The only downside is that the form is not for offense, rather, it is stronger when redirecting a blaster or attack back at the opponent. Obi-Wan preferred this style.

Form 4: Ataru- Unlike Form 3 and it's lack of exposure, Form 4 does the opposite. Using acrobatic movements and the force to move as much as possible, its defense relies more on evading rather than blocking. Mastery makes the user a blur, and only the strongest can defend against it. Yoda and Qui-gon both used this technique.

Form 5: Shien- Focusing on offensive, this style is basically pound the s**t out of the opponent. While form three is defensive, soemtimes it cannot overpower the opponent. Shien takes this, and using many defensive abilities from three, allows to push through. However, it sacrifices some defence for this. Widely reguarded as a domination style, Vader embodied this style.

Form 6: Niman- The diplomatic style, 6 incorporates all styles 1-5. Very flexible in its usage, Niman is very useful where one does not know what to expect. In knowing all the other styles, however, it isn't as focused, making it have no other distinct advantage.

Certain skills upgrade upon knighthood if they were originally trained in the pre-requisites. These skills are:

Force Push > Force Wave
Force Speed > Force Sprint
Force Persuade
> Jedi Mindtrick/ Sith Mindcloud
Force Lightning > Force Storm

Descriptions:

Force Wave: A skill much like push, this skill can fire a "wave" of force energy, and knock all people down in that general direction.

Force Sprint: A skill that exceeds Force Speed. Using all the energy in a quick burst, one is able even to outrun a blaster... for a short distance.

Mind trick: *waves hand* You will not fight me. Doesn''''t work on powerful minds. Can make people bend to do actions.

Sith Mindcloud: Much like the Jedi mindtrick, you can make weak minds do your bidding. But unlike the mindtrick, it is by confusion instead of clarity.

Force Storm: Even more powerful than lightning, this not only targets more than one opponent, but has more range, and covers a greater area than lightning.

Masters

Force Masters have an almost complete mastery of the Force and are able to use any skill with much power and skill.

Masters Can:

-Take apprentices or guide Knights
-learn the last saber form (only in settings after the Clone Wars)
-Learn an Ultimate force power

Ultimatum Moves:

Force Repulse: A neutral Force move, it involves creating a bubble of sorts, and pushing all objects away from the user in all directions for about 50 feet. Basically: Force push, except 360 degrees.

Battle Meditation: By meditating, the Jedi can forsee incoming attacks before some happen, and have a chance to block more. It also works on a larger scale, influencing those allies around you to be more confident, and boost morale. Advanced versions link minds with other force-users, allowing many to act as one person. Consequences however, include that minds could potentially overload and kill a person if they are not proficient enough in the Force. Due to the intensity of its usage, it usually requires the user to remain static and devote his full attention.

Force Protection: A jedi skill, the user may choose to put forth a combination of levitate, push, and absorb in a concentrated attack that works effectively against all incoming projectiles, much like a shield. Most importantly, unlike knights, this also includes concussion and other "splash damage" which would otherwise be unblockable.

Force Stasis Field: The Force power of Stasis Field was the highest level of the light side power known as Force Stun. Often learned and practiced by higher-level Jedi Knights and Masters, this power allowed the Force-user to put multiple enemies into brief, non-harmful catatonic states at one time, allowing for quick escapes or to avoid protracted confrontations against seemingly overwhelming numbers. This power could also be used to avoid combat entirely, if the wielder wished to apprehend or sneak by opponents put into stasis.

Drain life: A true sith skill, the sith lord can drain life out of his opponent, and convert it back to him. However, this does not work all of the time, and the target must be weakened to have any real effect as well.

Drain Knowledge: A skill used by sith lords who would really like to "get into your head". A rather difficult skill to use, it goes beyond simple mind reading, forcing the sith to battle mentally against his "opponent" to literally rip memories and thoughts from their head. It is a rather violent process, and not entirely successful, though many victims are psychologically damaged after usage, making it a skill to use sparringly. There is also the potential backfire, making it a most difficult skill to use.

Remember the color association with your factions. PM all information to Cale or Nelowulf, as per standard.

Sith Council Membership
Due to increasing potential in sith functions, there is new options opening up for master-ranked sith. This is the nomination to the sith council. As proposed by the new OGG entry, the sith council is made up of 30 members, 12 high, 18 low.

Masters interested in becoming lord ranked (that nice last * by your name) have to petition one of the twelve lords to be given a task. As par, you basically send a PM to Nelowulf for requesting specific story-related plot motivation devices, and depending on performance, this will determine your overall standing with the council. Given enough influence, you can advance to the lower council. Similar processes will apply for high council spots. At any given time, you can ask for a review of the council's opinion of you overall, or even as specific as a breakdown of member by member.

Jedi seeking councilship positions need ask Cale fo consideration.

Areas of Interest
Coruscant and beyond: Darth Nakara seeks to aquire the greatest artifacts to resurrect the master he fights under. To do this, he must first discover the secrets held by none other than the great holocron, in the heart of the jedi quarter. (@nelo's discretion for entry)

Meanwhile...

Benjeel aquired a new weapon, the finest shipment of droid fighters from Nakara Industries. Sent to assist, Ritt, Aurora, and the rest of Saberfang squadron begin to discover there's more to the planet than simply a new toy. (limited entry)

In other news...

Coming soon.

But wait! there's more! We'll be back right after these commercial breaks.

((We're good to go right?))

It was a barren world Korriban, a world burnt to a cinder by countless wars, where monuments had risen and been toppled like they were the playthings of gods, and it was the home of the Sith Empire’s most prestigious academy. Here the sith toiled in archaeological digs and vast warehouses of artifacts in order to piece together the fractured history of their order, and to unearth lost powers, rites, and weapons in order to deploy them against their enemies.

In one of the more restricted warehouses a single artifact sat beneath a brilliant white light, it appeared to be a wooden shield decorated lavishly with characters from dozens of different languages arranged in three concentric rings. A single gem gleamed in the center of the shield, surrounded by a triangle enclosed in the final ring. Around the rim of the shield were the only words written in Aurabesh, they spelled out a single name, “Revan’s Shield”.

Saul Amarr frowned at the shield as he pulled his newest rubbing of flimsy off the work and starred. Now that he’d spent three months now on the cipher of characters, and still couldn’t make heads or tails of it, despair began to seep into his work. He knew other scholars and acolytes had spent their whole lives with the piece and he could almost feel their ghosts whispering to him, telling him to abandon the impossible, but something held him back, every time he stepped from the shield he could feel it drawing him back, calling him to unravel it’s mysteries.
PostPosted: Mon Nov 05, 2007 1:18 pm

Chazwa.
A trade world, where goods from the Rim would flow to the Core and vice versa. Freighters of every size and shape filled the spacelanes and a thousand different worlds were represented amidst the traffic.

It was also home to a major Sith presence on the Perlemian Trade Route.
Patrol fleets interdicted transports and fined hefty tolls for spacers not backing the Sith Nation while denying the Republic acess to the Hyperspace route as best they could.

The world itself was held under Sith influence by a quartet of Dark Lords, each of then secretly plotting to ursurp the power and position of his comrades. A Tenuous peace held amongst them for the moment, but one False step could send the planet into chaos and weaken the coehsive hold the Dark Side held on the strategic world.

One of these lords, Lord Aloth, was just in the middle of reafirming his hold over his subjects in a manner that hefelt would inspire loyalty, at the very least fear of him and his power: A public execution.

Flanked by a pair of his Sith Disciples, the human Dark Lord stood upon a raised platform where three men, accused of various petty crimes, were tied to stakes. Aloth paced the length of the platform, anouncing the crimes committed and how such actions would earn the ire of the Almighty Dark Side. Finally halting before them, he turned to face the crowd.

"And so, for crimes against the Sith Empire, I shall electrocute these men! So you all will know what becomes of traitors to Sith Law!"

With that he spun and emitted a blast of Lightning from his fingertips, frying all three men in an agonizing manner as he kept up the stream of lighting.

He enjoyed the feeling of fear in the audience, the anguish of pain and misery radiating from his victims.
A scream erupted from the crowd as the men began to smoke, Aloth grinning cruelly as he fried the men beyond recognition. He could imagine the horror on the faces of his subjects as they witnessed such an act of power.

Lightsabers thrummed to life behind him, jolting Aloth from his entertainment. He hastily spun and saw his escort, sabers ignighted, attacking a lone man dressed in a grey suit and mask who had chargd up the steps of the platform.

The Man, slugthrower pistol in one hand and knife in the other, Unloaded a silent round into the head of his nearest attacker, sending the dead man to the ground beneath the platform. He sidestepped the energy blade of his next opponent, slipping around to run the knife into the back of the mn's neck, audibly slicing into the spinal column.

Aloth recognized the uniform, and he felt the cold grip of terror upon him.
A Sith Assassin had been sent for him.
He had been betrayed. Instinctively he reached for his lightblade.

Without pausing, the assasin snatched up the ignighted saber of the man he had killed and sent it spinning for Aloth.
The Dark Lord hadn't even activated his weapon before the crimson disc severed his head.

---------------------------------------------------------

As the body of Aloth slumped to the ground, the Assassin could hear the sounds of Sith Troopers hustling to his location and charging their weapons. Alarms rang out as he turned to face the troopers, ripping his knife out of the body of the dead Sith at his feet.

"Freeze! Drop your weapons!" One of the Troopers barked at him as they huddled at the foot of the stairs, aiming their guns at him in an uncertan manner.
His face unreadable behind the mask he wore, the Assasin regarded them, silently, coldly. Then he was gone.

Coruscant, the center of a Republic that had stood for millenia, despite trials and tribulations aplenty.
It was only a pale shadow of its former glory now. And that bothered Malcom Stryder no small amount.
The tall nea human strode the halls of the Jedi Temple, clad in customary robes as he made his way to the Jedi Library. As he walked, he reflected on the situation the Galaxy now stood in.

Worlds had been taken or had surrendered themselves to the Sith Empire, leaving the Republic weak. The Civilian authority had now power, and the Jedi themselves had all but taken the reigns of power from those who could not use the Force.
The situation was getting more and more bleak every day.
There had to be a way to drive the Sith back, to reverse the fortunes of the Republic.
And if there was an answer, the Library could be where it was found. Stryder only wished he had more time to invest in the matter.
Soon enough, he would be retuning to Tett to resume his duties there, away from the vast collection of information the Temple could provide him in order to fight his part of the war.

Sitting in a cantina at the Spaceport in civilian clothing, "Pash Antilles", sipped at a glass of Lum and waited for his ship to arrive. His "work" gear was stowed in his Spacer's bag at his feet and he looked for all the world as nothing more than another spaceman looking for his next berth and paycheck.

It had taken him the better part of the day to successfully elude his pursuers. The stealth field and his own Force abilities did well to get him out of immediate danger, but the troopers were persistant. They walke dthe streets, hunting for him as best they could.
They wouldnt succeed of course. But there was no sense in going sloppy.

By the onset of evening the pursuit had been called off. Aloth's subordinates had begun to fight amongst themselves for his land. It was only a matter of time before the other three major lords would duke each other out for it and become embroiled in a ebtty fight amongst themselves fueld by paranoia, greed, and their own bloodthirsty nature.
Then while they fought, the Republic could come in and sweep them away.

Or so he hoped.
The Republic could not afford to lose the opportunity that he had given them.

Aurora stood in the center of the dimly lit training room, Lightsaber in hand. Her eyes closed as she controlled her breathing and concentrated on centering herself. Surrounded by a six small steel ball barring all at varying heights and distances from each, it had taken Aurora two hours to balance the ball barring upon the half-dozen thirty centimeter long wax cylinders using the Force.
With a snap-hiss the yellow blade sprang to life, lighting the dim room like the sun and casting dark shadows on the fetcher less walls from the candle stands that encircled her. The shadows danced along the walls to the tune of the humming saber as Aurora swung her blade from wax cylinder to cylinder, the ball barrings making a small hiss-pop as the blade instantly turned the steel to liquid, then vapor.
Aurora closed down the weapon and reattached it to her belt as she inspected the wax cylinders for damage. Four of the six were still as they were at the beginning. Un-touched with out a trace of the ball barring ever being balanced upon them. The last two had not been so lucky; one of the balls had left its mark in the wax as it was melted from the heat of the baring as it had vaporized. The other was ever worse; half the wax cylinder was missing from when she had brought her saber down on her last target.
Removing the two damaged cylinders from their holders and replaced them with new ones Aurora started the whole thing over again as she waited for her master to come and collect her.

As the Jedi Lord made his way to the library, he happened to pass by one of the temple's many training rooms.
He noted it was occupied and out of curiosity took a look at who was training within.
He watched silently as the girl worked to take ball bearings off wax cylinders and frowned.
"Excuse me, Youngling." He said as he entered the room. "But can you tell me what it is that you are trying to accomplish?"

Aurora stopped what she was doing and turned to look at the voice coming from the door way, for it was not the voice of her master.
“Lord Stryder.” She said as she bowed. I’m attempting to vaporize these little steel balls with out melting the candles that they rest on.” She held out one of the wax cylinders in one hand and the ball barring in the other. “It’s to help me sense my targets and control the cutting edge of the blade.” She looked up at the mountain of a man with her light blue eyes peeking out from under her whitish-blue hair.

Stryder nodded as he aproached and examined the set up.
He frowned again and hooked his thumbs in his belt.
"I see what you are trying to do Youngling. But in a combat situation, this exercise will aid you not."
He took an uncut length of wax and examined it briefly.
"Can you tell me whats wrong with your selection of targets?"

She looked up at him, a little bewildered. “Um, I’m sorry lord Stryder.” She replied quietly as she cast her gaze down to the floor. “I can not tell you something that I don’t know myself. Will you please enlighten me?” She asked looking back up at him.
