Today at 12:25 on august 10th 2005 my father, Fred Douglas Cook has died. He died peacfuly in his sleep. Some of you may have seen me talk about this and I just anted you all to know. He's no longer in pain. Please leave comments here if you'd like.

I'm trying to remember if you spoke in the past about your father. I'm so sorry.. Whose with you right now? And are you alright?

I hope you get over the emountional pain man. I know it can be hard to lose a family member or a loved one.

I know he Standing up in heavens gate looking down at his baby boy..
He has truly lived his life. And was rewarded ..he died the death of a saint .. He will be remembered..I'll send some prayers out to you and your family
