Im kind of fond of the Joker, hes cruel mentaly. he dont care how he hurts.

I'd say Black Adam. He's perfectly sane, but still has still managed to slaughter millions.
Plus, he single-handedly caused a global war. Not many people can say that.

Joker. Shooting a Commissioner's daughter and then showing him picture of her nude bloody body, while having him tied up and tortured. Plus finding it completely hilarious. Makes his the sickest SOB. And the fact he's the only villian to get the best of Batman.

I don't Know, I think there's something to be said for The King Pin and the Leader of the Mutants From Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. By Frank Miller. As well as the bad guys from V For Vendetta. Not to mention Darkside!!!

hmm..well i've never seen batman but i have seen spider man iron man super man and this other movie that i cant remember the name of. and i would have to say.. idk

I would have to say The Joker and Magneto. I mean the Joker killed one of the Robins (have to put some of the blame on the fans for that one.. They got to pick if he lived or died.) and Magneto ripped out Wolverines adamantium! I would also have to add the Red Queen in the Uncanny X-Men is a great viillian so far.

joker bacause hes just cyco, green goblin because hes basically a joker who can fly, and since hulk technically isnt a super hero, hulk but only if ull count it because he dosnt care about the environment. he uses freaking police cars as boxing gloves

When ever I get into these converstions I feel so conflicted. Not because I have more than one idea, but because I can't say that I LIKE the guy. The Red Skull is a decieving, cruel, and just plain evil monster that just can't be matched on any level. I mean, he's a freakin' nazi!
