well it's not harsh since it's pretty good.
3nodding I would arrange the wings because.. it looks a lil like someone made rips on tissue... I know it's pretty hard to make good looking feathers!
sweatdrop I would arrange the tail too, because it looks like the body was stretched.
I hope I wasn't harsh.

sweatdrop I love the way that you just put a white circle to make flash the bird! and the after when it turns to black
