Neuron City Tragedy - A great tragedy and the greatest Villain attack to date. Lady Novara, a turned Super, wanted to the destroy the HQ of the NSA, at that time located in Neuron City. It is unknown if she lost control or actually intended to destroy everything in a 30 miles radius. There were over 14,000 casualties and almost 20,000 were injured.
NSA - the National Super Agency is an agency which was established in 1987 at the rise of the first Villain. This agency carefully monitors those with powers and might intervene when they become a risk. They are always alert and keep on devising methods of power control and power detainment for Supers and Villains alike. The NSA also employs those that wish to use their powers for good and currently has several Supers employed. They also provide training for young children and have several of the most elite task forces of the world.
