hee!!! I actually didn't used to like him much...but then....I dunno...I just fell in LOVE!
too bad hes gay..
Discuss his awesomeness here...
for instance...did you know that he's actually from Scotland, and as such, has a Scottish accent, but uses the LA accent anyways?

Actually, that was from Totally Doctor Who, broadcast 29 June 2007. And yes, I did see it, that's how I know.
As to if anybody wants to hear John's natural accent, listen to the DVD commentary for "The Doctor Dances" on The Complete First Series boxset. He uses it there, to which Steven Moffat jokes "Get you and David Tennant together!"

You know, I would have a tough time choosing between him and David. Seriously.
AND, I've seen him performing live! What a day. When he was in Anything Goes in the West End .. amazing!

But not as much as David.
Both are hawt, though.
I've just recently heard John's natural accent, and it's gorgeous.
But D's is still better.
I honestly think DT should use his natural accent on Doctor Who.
10 + Scottish-ness = TEH SECKZ~!
