You got the fusion material monsters, but were are you're other monsters? Tributes and more monsters with effects, like King of the Swamp to get a Poly. or summon Shining Flare, are absolutely necessary to add.
Miracle Fusion is another must.
Skyscraper 2 is good incase you happen to lose one of your Heroes you need for a fusion.
Rush Reclessly or Shrink would be much better than Reinforcements.
Jinzo or Royal Decree would be good since you have a low amount of traps.
Lastly, try to keep your monster to s/t ratio as equal as possible.

OK thanks for the tip I've some D-hero effects to keep the theme anytihng else,by the way thanks I'm quite new to making decks .

I'm taking a look at the second post of your deck and there are some critical issues that I want to point out.
First off, the Trap line up is not too reliable. Some more defensive ones would be great, like Sakuretsu Armor, Zero Gravity, or something to protect those Heroes. As for Spells, you'll be okay, but I'd suggest maybe having a Giant Trunade since you have a few Spells you wouldn't want to end up being lost in your own heavy Storm (Future Fusion, your Field Spells, etc.). And before I forget, a very essential spell for the Heroes is E-Emergency call, which allows you to get any Hero in your deck. Or use Reinforcement of the Army.
Now it's time for monsters! ...I envy you for having a Jinzo...
Blade Master is really useless here. It's use would only be good for 3 other monsters in the deck, so it's gotta' go. 3nodding The rest are okay.
Good luck in your deck building and btw, the Warrior structure deck would get you some real nice cards for your deck, too!

Wouldn't it be better if you focus on one kind of Fusion? For example: Focusing on Fusion Summoning: [Elemental Hero Plasma Vice] and [Elemental Hero Wildegde]

E -hero decks and neo specials, they are no fun. Everyone is doing them now, and it is ruining the game. Makes me very sad.

I would use Wild Heart, Blade Edge, Future Fusion and Stratos if you can get some. Then since the pieces are there anyways I'd also add Wild edge.
