I've been bleaching and dying my hair ...
The test this weekend:
Does Hot Topic's White-Out Bleach and their bright blue dye work well?
[I also have their neon pink one.]
Any mate with experience in the products they carry?

I usually get my bleach at Sally's Beauty Supply. And then I buy Special Effects or RAW hair dye. Though, I think Special Effects works better.

I can't speak for any color but red, but Special Effects is the way to go.

I need to cut my hair real short.
The bottle is re-sealable.
I should be able to use it for a while.

Well.
I'm bleaching my hair before I put the color in ... It should stick pretty well [here's to hoping].

do most prefer the dyes from Hot Topis to Punky Color,
or is there something else that REALLY sticks?

I've heard that the dye from there sucks balls.
I use Loreal. that color rays s**t. IT WORKS GREAT. NO BLEACHING NEEDED. But they only have certain colors. No green, which is BLAAAH, because that's what I wanted.
I dyed the bottom of my hair pink with it ONE TIME, and half the school wouldn't shut up about it for a ******** WEEK.
Girls are weird.

I used to always use Manic Panic.
I found greens and pinks stuck the best. Leave it in for a few hours and it'll stick longer.
My ex bf randomly gave me some bran new pink manic panic dye while we were dating even though I didnt want to dye my hair pink just said I missed my pink hair.
Well I decided to use it on my already bleache blonde hair. I realized I was past that crazy coloured hair stage of my life. It stayed pink for almost a month while I was washing it like 10 times a day. 5 times in the morning and 5 times at night.
