It was quiet, only disturbed when a random bird overhead made a sound or the swishing of leaves over head. A blue Ulaya sat under a tree, her eyes closed and her breathing even. If someone passed by, you would think her sleeping.
Opening her eyes, Artemis titled her head back and looked up into the canopy. God she was bored. The forest is nice and all, until you get bored. She huffed, wondering what she could do to have a little fun in this place.

Lugia walked across the grassy ground, making her way in a random direction. She had no idea where she was which made the day more relaxing. She often strolled for long distances for mental therapy, helping her rest and get a hold of her own thoughts once in a while. A soft breeze blew by causing the long grass to dance all around her. Sniffing the air she realized that she notices a scent of something she didn't recognize, perhaps another Ulaya.
Reverting her direction against the wind she walked along the grass until a large green tree could be seen in the distance. She squinted her eyes to tell if her eyes were playing tricks on her, she caught a glimpse of blue perched under the tree's branches. Ever more curious as to who this stranger was she slowly made her way down the small hill and towards the rooted tree to possibly meet a new Ulaya.

Artemis was still thinking. What could she do? Over-analyzing things is what! She would come up with one idea, find all the problems, and then discard it. Sighing in frustration she concentrated on a butterfly that had just landed right in front of her. Slowly getting to her feet, she thought of all the possibilities. She could rush forward and possibly scare the butterfly away. Or she could move forward cautiously, and still in the end watch it fly away. Choices, choices, why must there be so many?
Trying for the cautious, she moved forward and got lower to the ground. Now, if she somehow by some small miracle got a hold of this butterfly, she would let it go. Don’t hurt the butterfly! She thought. Focusing all her attention on her task, she blanked out her surroundings and prowled forward.

Walking closer to the obscured blur she realized it was stalking something. Pausing in her place, Lugia laid down on her stomach and his in the tall grasses, keeping her eyes on the other one. Searching for something that it may be prowling up behind she couldn't see anything and tilted her head in confusion.
Sitting back up she continued to watch the other Ulaya, wondering what they were up to. She didn't want to intrude on them and what they were doing but she really couldn't see anything from this distance and had to get a better look. Maybe it was just something really small that wasn't visible until you got up really close. She decided to move forward quietly to get a better look, her tail swaying with every step.

Artemis’s full attention was on the butterfly, innocently standing on a blade of grass. Risking scaring it off, she took a step towards it then paused. Nothing happened. Encouraged, she took another. Still nothing happened. A slight breeze blew through the area, ruffling the grass. And still it didn’t fly away. With the breeze dying away she took her chance. She pounced on the unsuspecting butterfly, her paws cupping over it.
Seconds ticked by. Opening her paws a little, she peeked inside. Letting out a gasp she pulled her paws away. It was gone! She got up and looked around her and where she was sitting. While searching, something caught her eye. Something was sticking up above the grass. What was that? And, was it moving?
