[Hollow Point] Vice Captain

I'm in the Civil Air Patrol, an ROTC for the air force (only we actually are a part of the air force) and on Tuesday we had a little party because one of our older cadets got promoted to Lt. Col. and she was leaving for missionary work in India. It was a LOT of fun.
We were making a bunch of jokes and one of the new cadets comes over and starts laughing like he knew why we were all laughing. Good stuff.

The thing about the ROTC at high schools is that they are NOT a part of the military, and have no actual ties with the military, and they do not give anything back to the community, while the CAP is and does.
