everytime i turn around the stereotypes are taking over more. this one "emo" chick went to me saying how emo is about cutting and depression. i tryed telling her true emos are followers of the musical genre and she insisted i was wrong. then she found some othe chick and asked her what emo means to her and she sha said sad, depressed. that dumb b***h came back to me and was like "see? i told ya" i wish u could curb stomp people in rally. she asked me how old i was. i said 19 and she's like "ur too old to be emo. ur too old to understand it." btw she was 15

I actually cry very easily. xD It doesn't make me weak, though. If you pissed me off & succeeded in making me cry, I'm ten times stronger which makes it easier to kick your a**. > : ]
I don't cry over stupid things, though. >_>
(I mean, I cry over sappy movies and songs, but not like SERIOUSLY. It's just like "aww that's so touching" sort of thing. Or if I see something really inspirational, I usually cry over that... but not about "oh Im pretending mama and daddy don't love me, so I cutz")
I feel bad for your situation, 5star. Hopefully these fakeass idiots will die out soon... but sadly, the world seems to get faker and faker with each passing day. DX

[-Nevermore-] Was the genre ever really there? That is the question, loves. These pretentious bastards WILL die soon enough. Their stink is over powering, though. It's like the bubonic plague. The genre was their, the question is, a matter of, was it the hardcore punks that started it, or was it the actual emotive hardcore bands.... that since 2002 have been called metalcore much to the confusion of old folks like me that spawned it.

Metalcore isnt even a genre, if you ask me. The underground emo scene was there indeed, but I'm talking about the modern day version of it.
