A dark room, all the walls are covered by black drapes, at the far end of a room is a low table with an ornate placard behind it. On the table are some unmarked bottles (really water, oil and vinegar), bowls of "unknown" powder (baking soda, salt, and sugar), A candelabra, a knife (letter opener), a skull (it's plastic), and a wooden replica of Beelzenef.
The only light in the room comes from a red glass lantern hanging from the center of the ceiling and candelabras placed around the room.
They meet every Friday at midnight for their official meetings.

DAY 4: Day after Ryuu's confession and Don and Etsuko's date
Keiko walked into the Dark Magic Club. "Hmm I wonder if I can find anything to chase her away?" She looked through some of the spell books. "Mom and Dad had the nerve to say they were thrilled that Ryuu found someone. Even thought they know Grandma and Grandpa will never allow it."
Keiko closed the books, "Drat nothing." She pounded the table, "They told me to make sure that he either gets kicked out of the Host Club or leaves it, and to make sure that no one especially not girls get close to him."
Keiko dug around some more, "Grah," She screamed, "Why don't they at least tell me who they want him to marry! That way I can make sure to get on her good side. All I know she isn't part of the Yakuza."
Keiko finally gave up and left the room.

"Ryuu's parent's are thrilled he found me," Yukimi said stepping out from behind one of the curtains. She had been hooking up a system for her laptop to have during their up coming meeting for her to take notes. "I wonder who it is that Ryuu's grandparents want him to marry, I wonder if she even knows."
Yukimi smiled and walked out of the DMC's room.

Night after the ball
Yukimi hadn't done anything aside from normal school work and think of ways to try to get on Keiko's good side after her meeting with Ryuu.
She sat in the Dark Magic Club as it began, she hated wearing the black cloaks, but they were mandatory. She looked about, most of the members were there already.
"This meeting of the Dark Magic Club is now in session," The President sighed under his breath, the cloak made it almost impossible to hear him, "Yukimi what is up first on our discussion tonight?"
"The Beelzenef was delivered to the Newspaper club, we shouldn't have to worry about them too much," Yukimi spoke flatly with little emotion, "Halloween is coming upon us, and I propose we do something special this year. The second year that the Host Club was in existence one of our presidents, Nekozawa, plotted to scare the first years. So I am suggesting we have a scare-a-thon until Halloween. I'll make sure that Don and Jon do not take any revenge against us for pulling pranks."

From under her hood she looked up and eyed the baking soda and vinegar.
"You seem to want to add something, Nazmun." grunted someone.
She limply lifted her hand and took a hold of the knife. She scooped up some of the backing soda and gently tipped the contents in the vinegar. As she watched the reaction take place, she quietly said.
"The Rivers flow in and out and in between the students of Ouran..." She began.
"I've watched them, Halloween is much too fun for them. At best...we can indirectly use them to improve our tricks." She said in her soft, melodious and mysterious voice. "They are our secretive allies on that day, are they not? hm! I've already encountered one of their ghoulish tricks." She pulled something out of her pocket. A small silver ball. She rolled it to Yukimi. It stopped on it's own. It's top slowly turned and clicked open to reveal a soothing and lullibyish tune with a little happy blob turning to the music. It slowly grew big and bulbous and it changed from the soft brown to a warping green with swirling colors, is cute smile turned into a menacing one. Suddenly Nazumn jumped up and threw a dark blanket over it. A muffled boom and its contents seeped into the cloth. She sat down. "It's nasty under there." she said simply.

"I think your choice in words is very appropriate, this is much like the Rivers' bomb. They can be a bit," she paused, "troublesome."
She walked over to Nazmun and smiled, "And what you said was true, but the situation has changed." Yukimi looked over at an oddly quiet person sitting in the back, a lock of blonde hair hung out of the cloak, "We have a new member who can assist us in tricking and scaring every student in this school, should she desire it."

Keiko sat in the corner with a wide smile on her face. This should be interesting. "Paint bombs are fun and all. But shouldn't we focus more on scaring people? That's what Halloween is about after all. Scaring away evil." Keiko shot a glare at Yukimi.
"We should fix up some things around the school to freak people out. Same with spreading rumors around the school about the Ouran Ghost. There still isn't any proof on whether or not it actually exist. Which make it ideal to use."

"I agree," Yukimi said, "We should scare every last student. Do you think you have it in you, Koga Keiko?"
People in the room began to murmur, they were shocked at who this new member was.
Yukimi sat back down in her chair with a smile.

Keiko began to chuckle. "I guess she feels threatened. I guess she's become soft after hanging out with my brother Ryuu too much." Keiko sneered. She wont win. Ryuu is being an idiot. He's already playing right into their hands. Which means that no matter what he chooses he will do what they want him too.

Yukimi gave a wicked smile behind her cloak. She had heard what Keiko had said. Things are going exactly as I have planned, even if things go south I will still get the pleasure of torturing Keiko with my knowledge of recent events.

"So everyone is decided, then?" Dorian asked softly, but loud enough to be heard in the room. He looked over to Yukimi first, then towards their new member. He hoped they wouldn't cause too much trouble...

"I believe so vice president," Yukimi said, "We'll put it to a vote, all in favor, give a thumbs up, if you are against give a thumbs down. We'll only go through with this if we have a unanimous"
Slowly hands crept forth from the dark cloaks. Yukimi looked about and saw people holding up their thumbs.
"Keiko, Dorian, Nazmun, you are the only ones to have not given your verdict."

"On which points are we voting?" Keiko asked. "Are we voting on these pranks, on scaring people, or on both?"

Nazum reached over and grabbed a handful of the wet cloth and flung it forcefully at Keiko. It's disgusting contents splattered and flowed all over her. " The Rivers don't play with paint. They play the chemistry of recreating anything and everything that will bring up top the greatest fears and repulsion of the best." She lifted a slimy hand that was coated with a thick slime that had various foul colored chunks that emitted a stange smell. "Agreed..." she said in her soft tremor.

"Keiko, we are deciding if we are going to scare people," She said smugly, "Do try to keep up with the conversation, you were the one who brought it up."
