Shaoilin Woods is hiring one (1) colorist that can produce both flatsale and custom-colored familiars because Jade is honestly not interested in focusing on them due to having to color a zillion of them for Secret Santa every year, and Mimsey is the shop's wolf breeder. We are searching for someone who is flexible, committed, friendly, and trustworthy, with plenty of time to work. Familiars do not require lineart edits (only VERY rarely, for special cases), but they must be colored nicely, with the proper methods. At this time, familiars are not breedable, but if the person we hire is interested in starting a breed program with the familiars, it can be arranged.

::Requirements::

1. You must be able to use layers. I use photoshop, myself.
2. You must be able to color using methods OTHER than just premade photoshop brushes.
3. You must be available to do a familiar flatsale and/or customs at least once a month. If something comes up, you need to contact Jade.
4. You must be easily contacted through AIM, MSN, email, and/or PMs.
5. You must be able to tag the familiars you sell, which can be a tedious process if you have a lot to do.
6. If you use a tablet, that's fine, but it's not required.
7. You need to pop into the shop thread now and then, just to say hi and keep up appearances.
8. You must post all certs in the shop photobucket account.

::Benefits::

1. You will get to assist in setting the prices for flatsale and custom familiars.
2. All payment for the familiars you do will go to you.
3. You may be able to do pet trades, if it's discussed with Jade beforehand.
4. Good, consistent work will earn you free wolves, familiars, or a custom wolf slot or two that you can sell to earn some extra gold. You may also be able to assist in events and earn more gold this way.
5. You can set up a breeding program if you want and you can receive 100% of the payment for those as well.
6. You can plan your own events with how familiars are given out (raffles, flatsales, customs to a certain limit, etc)

How much time do you have to spend on Gaia weekly, on average?: I'm on every day from morning till night, off and on. On Saturdays I have math class from morning till about 1 cst, but other then that I'm pretty much online all the time. Having two shops shouldn't detour me from any work here, I don't commit to something unless I know I can devote to it 100% *workaholic and really OCD about that kind of stuff*
Do you have AIM, MSN, or email?: email and aim, yourprancinfilly
Are you interested in setting up a breeding program for familiars? Yes! I think that'd be pretty neat. It'd get owner's more excited about familiars and could lead to some interesting plottage with them. And it'd also be another hook for the shop. I'd be more then happy to toss around ideas for how to go about doing that ^ ^

I think it'd certanly be an interesting thing to set up and I sure as hell love the idea of organising something of that ilk. Breeding and the outcomes of it are what got me hooked to breedables in the first place ^^;
