Greetings!~ 4laugh
I know this sounds really horrible, but I need to kill my goat. She stopped giving milk and is just a nuisance. I've been strictly keeping her inside (except when it rains) and have not been feeding her or talking to her for about a year, but she still won't die. Any advice you can give for murdering the poor dear?
I won't be online for very long, I'm afraid-- I need to get to bed soon. If you have any tips, just post them here and I'll read them later if I've gone offline. 3nodding

Just leave her outside for the whole time, everyday. I had the same problem. Just make sure that your grass isn't fully grown, or she will eat that. Darn goat!

You can't, unfortunately. What you do is KEEP THE GOAT IN THE BARN AT ALL TIMES AND DON'T GIVE IT FODDER!!!!!! You can put it outside durring a hurricane and it'll still survive as long as it has grass.

One of my friends accidently hit her goat with a scythe. It got angry and died a few days later...I've tried to kill it that way (sounds horrible) but I haven't been able to get it to work. So I guess it was just a random thing...sorry I'm not very helpful hahaha Though, I thought it was funny and was kindof related to the subject >.>

I don't know if I want to kill my goat or not. Amn't I supposed to be a good farmer? If I ever play this again I probably won't get a goat. I kept almost all the milk I got from it, and it wasn't much.

Use a hoe on her. Or just let her wonder out side forever, winter, spring, summer, and fall.

Stop feeding it and milk it (it gets pissed off when you try to milk it when it stopps giving milk) and one day when its raining really hard, just leave it outside. ALL NIGHT. It will eat but it will still be angry and will have a higher chance of getting sick. Once it's sick just wait for it to die. Don't feel bad for killing it. It's only a game and its a strategic move (you can only have so many animals in your barn). No one in town will care as long as you dont let any more animals die.

::taking notes on sketchpad:: ...hoe...scythe...rain...grass... Got it!! Hehehe... poor thing won't last the rest of the season. >:3~
Though I do (guiltily) disagree with that statement. HM is the kind of game you're meant to get into. It's full of life lessons and people that, frankly, I like a whole lot better than most of the people in real life. My goat a part of my family, and I will feel sad [WHEN] it dies, but it won't be all my fault... I mean, what can I do if she gets left out in the rain by accident...? =_a ::winksh::

Yeah I've really created a character for my farmer, a personality. Killing is not really a part of that I might do it anyway.

I can't bring myself to do it. It was part of my "family" for a year, and now it stopped. I just keep it there. I would, personally, just get some more cows, and then wait for a season or two for it to mature, and then let get down with my bull, and there you go! MILK! Yeah, it is sorta pervish, but hey, I need to make a living, right? sweatdrop

Honestly, I can't wait to kill my goat (is a p***k). But I named it strategically so I wouldn't feel bad when I killed it.
It's named Bob. Bob is my father's name. I hate him. =3
So, yes, when Bob is no longer useful, I will kill it. =D
