goal for sign-ups: 8 (will definitely take more, but i'd like at least this).
Okay, so there's been a bit of discussion about a guild activity, like a joint-auction or a shop.
I think an auction would be nice to start!
The way I'm going to set up the auction is; there will be one winning bid (no seperate bids for certain artists) and the gold will be split equally between the artists. The autobuy will be determined by each artists desired autobuy added together .
If you wish to donate some of your portion for contests and prizes in the guild, you absolutely cannot! jk jk! Of course you can :].

Such as, what should the auto-buy be? Should there be an auto-buy? When should the auction end 1 month, a year?
Any theme suggestions?
I think "Fundamentals" might be cute, like line, colour, variation, texture or some sort of artsy critique related theme :], though it doesn't have to be. That's just my two cents!

Nyo I would wanna sign up... but I would need to know when we would be ending this thing... as in less then 30 days I could be out of internet for a full year on a regular basis and even at that I could just have my tabby...
I would have to say we should have it be an all artist bid, I just feel then that we would pull more gold in that way, and then we avoid the issue of one person being bid on and not another...Talk about a way to trade on toes >>;
The simple way of getting an auto buy then is to take the number of artists and pick how much gold they would like to make grand total and multiply it. Say 6 people want 100k each so then the auto buy is 600k.
I think "Fundamentals" would be a cute theme as well =^.^=

At the beginning of next month, I'm going out of town,a nd may end up staying a little over a month... without regular internet. I don't even know if there will be wi-fi in town or not to check my email from.
So perhaps a short 2 week auction?
I'd love to participate, though, if I can! If there's wifi, I'd be able to pop in and upload my art and such. *excited!* heart heart heart

I shall totally sign up as soon as I get home! I think this will be great for promotion and general guild together-ness. xD I'd sign up now, but I'm in the process of recoloring a piece and I didn't bring my tablet to my dad's. /:

Taiyou_Toriko- Starbucks,Other small coffee like locations, Panara, MacDonald's, They have free Wifi, and the closer you can get to a business district the better you chances of finding Wifi. I know the the 16th street mall in CO is completely covered by Wifi so see if there is a place like that. Or mooch the neighbors >>; but you didn't hear that from me....

I think it's better that the bids be for the collective artists, not single. Because I know if I didn't get any bids, I'd feel terrible, and that's no fun for aspiring artists.

Won't draw: Realism, couples, fanart, groups, old people, children, full anthropomorphic, extreme clutter, actual backgrounds.
