My favorites would have to be anything by Shel Silverstein, The Bernstein Bears series of books and the "If you give a mouse a cookie" series of books. 3nodding

Wild Swans by Hans Christian Anderson....Later it became a novel written by Juliet Marilier and I loved them both.

I always hated winne the pooh, it always seemed pathetic to me. surprisingly I still enjoy the occasional Dr. Seuss book. go fig.
